In the wake of rising mental health concerns, actor Mawra Hocane has shared a heartfelt message of support on social media. Her emotional note comes shortly after the tragic news of actor Humaira Asghar Ali’s death.

Ali’s body was discovered in a flat in Karachi’s Ittehad Commercial area. Police confirmed she had passed away nearly two weeks before being found. The sad incident deeply moved many in the entertainment industry, including Hocane.

Taking to Instagram, Mawra asked friends, colleagues, and even acquaintances to reach out to her if they’re struggling. She promised to listen without judgment.

“If you’re in trouble or caught in spiraling thoughts… please reach out,” she wrote. “I’ll try my best to understand and help.”

Hocane stressed the importance of being kind and building a community of support. She said that humans need each other now more than ever, especially in times of emotional distress.
