Pakistan’s e-Sports superstar Arslan Ash has said that he is “Virat Kohli” and fellow player Atif Butt is the “Babar Azam” of Tekken.
Talking on a podcast on a private media channel, . Arslan replied to a question asking who is the Babar Azam of Tekken with a quick “Me.” The host then asked, “Who is the Virat Kohli of Tekken?” Arslan just smiled.
Laughing, the host said, “Okay, let me ask again, who’s Babar Azam of Tekken?” This time, Arslan replied with a grin, “Atif.” The host followed up, “Then who is Virat Kohli?” and Arslan confidently said, “Me.”
Recently, Arslan added another trophy to his legacy by winning the Tekken 8 title at EVO France 2025, defeating South Korea’s JeonDDing 3–2 in a thrilling Grand Final to claim his seventh EVO championship. Earlier that day, he made a remarkable comeback from the loser’s bracket, beating Qudans 3–1 to reach the final.
Meanwhile, Atif Butt has built an impressive streak of wins of his own.
Competing under Team Falcons, he began his pro career in 2019 and has since won major titles including the Tekken World Tour Finals 2022, where he defeated JeonDDing, and the CEO 2025 Tekken 8 title.
