    Pakistani dramas are often seen off with heavy sighs of reliefs because honestly, one less thing to plague our minds on a weekly basis.

    But there are some exceptional acting powerhouses like Sajal Aly and Ahad Raza Mir, who have changed the entertainment industry with their performances as well as their chemistry that no other acting duo has been able to compete with.

    In 2017, ‘Yakeen Ka Safar’ graced our screens, marking the debut of Ahad Raza Mir as Dr Asfandyar, who is shattered after the tragic murder of his brother, Daniyal. While Aly starred as Dr Zubia, who is still devastated by the murder of her mother by her father.

    Seven years after this drama, Twitter users still have not gotten over the duo, who later went on to star together in Aangan (2018) and Ye Dil Mera (2019).

    After a tweet asked their followers to share a clip from one of their favorite dramas, Pakistani Twitter users were quick to champion ‘Yakeen Ka Safar’ as one of the finest productions the entertainment industry has produced.

    Culinary icon and lifestyle guru Martha Stewart has made history at age 81 as the first elderly person to pose for the front cover of the swimsuit magazine Sports Illustrated.

    Gushing about her experience on the ‘TODAY’ show, Stewart opened up about how she at first felt she wasn’t the right person to pose for the cover, but then chose to do it with confidence:

    “I like that picture,” Stewart said with a giggle on TODAY. “I’m sort of shaking because it’s odd to go to an island and then get changed into nine different bathing suits in one day in front of all those people 
 it turned out OK.”

    “You know, that was kind of a request I have never had before,“ the food writer chuckled. “And to be on the cover at my age was a challenge. I think I met the challenge.”

    In a statement, MJ Day, the editor in chief of Sports Illustrated, said that women like Martha Stewart were legends who had forged their own career, so it was important to have her as representation of the type of women shaping the future:

    Priyanka Chopra recently appeared in “Call Her Daddy” podcast, in which she opened up about her dating life among many other things. Chopra revealed that she jumped from one relationship to another before taking a break.

    “I did not give myself time at all between relationships
 I think I worked a lot and I always ended up dating the actors that I worked with. And I think that I just thought I had an idea of what a relationship should be like, and I kept seeking that and trying to fit the people that came into my life, into my idea of that relationship,” said Priyanka.

    She said that before meeting her now husband, Nick Jonas, she took two years off, adding that she did not date Nick at that time because she did not want to keep repeating mistakes.

    Talking about her past relationships, Priyanka said that she had normalised the idea of “giving the power in such a skewed way” that she never stood up for herself. “I literally would become like a doormat and I was like, ‘okay, that’s fine.’”


    The actor further said that she came to the realisation that getting into a new relationship soon after one ended wasn’t good for her.
    “I reached a point in my life where I was like, what the f**k are you doing? Like, this is getting self-destructive at this point when I had to choose me, I had to be like I don’t owe no one anything except my family and myself, the people who truly love me.”


    “When you are in relationships where you stop recognising who you are, you stop having your own identity, or you stop knowing what it is, what you want for yourself, what your goals are, then you are invisible. And, I just started feeling invisible in my relationships,” she added.

    Indian Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri came under social media fire after stating that Imran Khan has “illegally” used ‘‘Hum Dekhenge” song in a video for his instagram handle.

    The song was recently used in the Indian movie, The Kashmir Files.

    Vivek Agnihotri shared a clip of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Instagram post. In the video “Hum Dekhenge” is playing in the background.

    The Filmmaker, in his tweet wrote, “See the power of Indic cinema. The official account of @ImranKhanPTI is using the official song of #TheKashmirFiles illegally in his official video on Instagram.” This incident exposes the double standards of Pakistan when it comes to intellectual property and copyright infringement.”

    Social media was quick to point out that the song is actually Pakistani poet Faiz Ahmed’s poem, which is not exclusive to ‘Kashmir Flies’.

Speculations about their alleged divorce have been in the news for quite some time now. Neither Sania nor Shoaib have addressed them or released a statement clarifying their stance.


    Recently when Sania was talking to the media at an event, a journalist asked her how she manages her child as well as her career, she gave a befitting reply.


    “Jaise wo (Shoaib Malik) manage karte hain, waise main manage karti hun. Aap agar Shoaib Malik ko wo sawaal puchenge, to main bhi aapka jawaab de dungi [I manage the way Shoaib manages, i will answer you when you will ask the same question from Shoaib].”

    The coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla took place at Westminster Abbey in London on Saturday, May 6. The ceremony commemorated Charles’ role as monarch of the United Kingdom after he acceded to the throne upon the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II on September 8, 2022.
    According to a press release issued by Buckingham Palace, over 2,200 individuals, which included members of the royal family, politicians, international royals, and world leaders, attended the televised ceremony.

    A special note was embroidered on the inside of pop star Katty Perry’s concert dress.


    A photograph showed the inside of the bustier of the dress, which was embroidered with the words: “KATY PERRY. CHARLES III. 2023. VW.”


    The embroidery included a small crown sewed next to the King’s name. “VW” indicated the initials of famed designer Vivian Westwood, who died last December.
