Avatar fans rejoice! The cycle of the next Avatar is not over after Aang and Korra. Yesterday Avatar News posted an announcement that has taken social media by storm. The post read that Paramount and Avatar Studio were creating an original series, set to release in 2025, focusing on the next Avatar, who will originate from the Earth Nation.

According to the news post published on the website AvatarNews, there is plenty in store for series fans as 2025 will not just be about the release of the series, but plenty of other content. A film focusing on the adult Aang is arriving in theatres on 10th October, 2025, and the live-action young Aang series is set to release in 2023. The news led to some disappointment among fans of Avatar Korra, for whom it implied that this meant that the Avatar has passed away, since the Avatar cycle begins with the death of the previous Avatar.
Bollywood actor Salman Khan is reportedly all set to launch his bodyguard Shera’s son, Tiger. The actor is on the lookout for female actors to be cast alongside Tiger, as per a report by Etimes.
Salman has previously helped launch artists like Sonakshi Sinha, Athiya Shetty, Sooraj Pancholi, among others. Moreover, he has gone on to suggest that he would continue to launch forthcoming actors as long as he can.
According to a news report by Pinkvilla, Salman Khan had announced that he would launch his bodyguard’s son Tiger’s acting career back in 2019. Moreover, Satish Kaushik has been requested to direct Tiger’s debut film.
As per the same report, a source close to Salman Khan revealed that the script has been finalised and the narration is also done. They are only yet to finalise a female actor.
On the work front, Salman will next be seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Tiger 3.

Sitting at number 16 is actress Sajal Aly. The diva made her international debut with the English film Whatâs Love Got To Do With It? that propelled her to international stardom.
At the 17th spot, we have Riz Ahmed. This British Asian actor has been shining bright like a diamond by winning a Best Live Action Short Film Oscar at the 94th Academy Awards for The Long Goodbye.
For the 38th spot, Arooj Aftab jumped in to make it to the list. The New York-based singer is the first female Pakistani artist to win a Grammy award for Best Global Music Performance, along with securing a Best New Artist nomination.
At number 40 we have the talented singer Hadiqa Kiani. The Pakistani pop icon with her soldout concerts, philanthropy, and humanitarian work during the flash floods in Pakistan helped her secure a spot on the list of accomplished artists.
Another fine actor of Lollywood who recently made his Netflix debut is Humayun Saeed sitting at number 45. Saeed’s fine acting skills helped him land a key role as Dr. Hasnat Khan in the popular The Crown series.Â
At number 46 is the Pasoori duo Shae Gill and Ali Sethi for the roaring success of their Coke Studio 14 single.
Geo Entertainment drama Daraar directed by Sheherzade Sheikh and written by Misbah Nosheen concluded its run yesterday. The hit drama starring Syed Jibran, Momal Sheikh, Tara Mehmood, Amar Khan and Behroze Sabzwari is getting polarising responses for its finale episode.
Many viewers were left disappointed with the conclusion since they wanted to see Sajal (Momal), who was guilty of destroying her cousin sister’s family, getting mercilessly punished. Almost all viewers were angry by the incomplete conclusion. A few viewers appreciated the morally instructive ending of Shaheer, believing that unlawful partnerships are bad for society.
However, fans stated that the dramaâs plot was too gruesome and required a decent ending that depicted Sajalâs punishment for destroying a home and deceiving Irha, her parents, and Shaheer. The majority of viewers were unhappy with the conclusion.
Reham Khan has tied the knot with an overseas Pakistani, 36-year-old Mirza Bilal Baig, who lives in the US. Mirza Bilal Baig is a corporate professional and has been married twice before. He has one child from a previous marriage.

Amidst Shaniera Akram’s digital feud with actors Feroze Khan and Imran Ashraf, veteran actor Noor Bukhari slammed Shaniera for being nosy.
“Please ignore her she has commitments on every celebrity,” the former host penned on Instagram.
“She commented on one of my and Resham’s posts, and we completely ignored her. I don’t even know who she is.”
Bukhari then lent support to Imran Ashraf, who clarified his driving reel with son Roham, and added, “You don’t need to explain as every parent is aware of their child’s safety and well-being. More power to you. Stay blessed, we all pray for you and your family.”
Akram then took to her Instagram story and addressed Bukhari’s criticism. “Are you kidding me?” the activist wrote. “I never said anything to you, Noor other than disagreeing that Humayun Saeed was too old to play romantic heroes. Give me a break.”
Akram continued, “I’m sorry if it offended you or anyone else, but it kills me to see people, especially ones with big followings, doing dangerous things with their kids and then posting on social media. It’s just not okay with me.” In the next story, Akram wrote, “And please get over yourself. You know exactly who I am and what I stand for.”
Later, Bukhari apologised to Akram while agreeing with the latter about the kids’ safety issue. “You are absolutely right on the safety part of our kids,” she shared on her Instagram story. “I apologise that I misunderstood you. I feel no shame to apologise as my comment was not in good taste. I’m sorry.”
Surprised by Bukhari’s apology, Akram thanked her and shared, “Wow, thank you! Really didn’t expect that. At least this is cleared up and we can move forward.”
Earlier this year Akram come forward to share her thoughts on the ageist remarks made by Noor about Humayun Saeed.
âI donât know about this. From my experience, I think many incredible love stories happen a lot in the second half of life,” said Shaniera Akram.
âSo many people havenât found their true love or are still looking for it. There are many unmarried, divorced [and] widowed people in the world â donât rule them out. Theirs is the true story of finding love,” she wrote in her Instagram story.
Taking to the Instagram story section, Noor said that the storyline of London Nahi Jaunga is extremely weak. She also took a jab at Humayun, believing he should be doing more mature roles. Bukhari added that âLove doesnât happen in this age.â

Sajal Aly’s upcoming film “What’s Love Got To Do With It?” is one of 2023’s most anticipated films. Sajal was also asked about a scene in the film where the male lead speaks to Zoe (played by Lily James) of the pressures of being brown and belonging to a different religion in Britain. Aly responded by discussing how brown women are pressurized by their families to get married.
“A lot of what we explored in the film was the pressure brown women and men have to face to get married, no matter what. A lot of Pakistanis, and thousands of South Asian women would relate to my character. She’s the face of a lot of Pakistani and Asian girls and women out there. But the good part is that by the end of the film, she will have the courage to tell the family and her husband ‘no’,” the actor said during an interview with CNN News 18.
Sajal Aly also said that women face a lot of pressure to keep working on their marriages, regardless of their own happiness. She said that no woman should be forced to remain in a loveless marriage.
“If a marriage is not working out for both of you, then just part ways in a good way. You can still be friends, you know. So the way our society keeps pressurizing women to keep making adjustments and remain in loveless marriages, that’s not right. You should never stop living your life but by doing that you’ll stop living,” she opined.
Aly further emphasized that brown women are consistently told that marriage is suppose to the central purpose of their lives, when women should never stop dreaming or achieving their goals.
“Marriage is a beautiful relationship, but don’t make your life all about it. Make it a part of it, but not all of it. Because there is so much to see in your life. But we remain steadfast around this concept and then we keep following the same routine: marriage, babies, repeat. That too is okay. But women should never stop living and never stop dreaming.”
The journalist also asked her about the rise in strong female characters on the Pakistani entertainment screen, and Aly responded by saying that their goal was to empower women and girls through their art.
“A lot of Pakistani women are actors and producers and we are actively fighting for it. We try to kind of, empower our girls and women through the art as well,” she said.

Pakistani blockbuster film, The Legend of Maula Jatt is set to be released in Indian Punjab on December 30th.
While we wait for the official confirmation, the sources report that Indiaâs multiplex cinema chain, PVR Cinemas have listed it as an upcoming release with â8 Days to Goâ.
The TLOMJâs trailer is also apparently running in cinemas in East Punjab, showcasing a 30th December release date.
Furthermore, a YouTube Channel named Punjabi Screen Entertainment also featured a video uploaded on December 16th, announcing the filmâs release in Indian Punjab.
The video also shows a recording from a theatre playing the trailer of âThe Legend of Maula Jattâ, which ends with announcing a December 30 release date.
Recently the cast member of the film, Gohar revealed that Bollywood director Karan Johar called director Bilal Lashari after watching the film to admire him for his fantastic work.
The Digest Writer star said that Johar regarded The Legend of Maula Jatt as a milestone for Pakistan and a moment of pride for the entire nation. The K3G director watched the film in Dubai.
Rasheed, who played Maakha in the blockbuster film, added that this appreciation was a huge thing for the whole team of Maula Jatt.
