    Faryal Mehmood under fire for donning a revealing attire on birthday bash

    Actor Faryal Mehmood recently celebrated her birthday in style. The Raqeeb Se star shared pictures from her birthday party along with a lengthy note in which she hinted towards coming back on screen soon.

    “I have so much to say but can’t seem to find words to express the gratitude and all the love I felt on this birthday by each one of you and of course my friends and family. So blessed to carry all this love and warmth in my heart on to the next year,” she wrote in the caption.

    “For those of you waiting to see me on the screen again, I promise you that when you do. You won’t be disappointed. The wait will be worth it! A little time off with self-care was needed. So ready to be back in the game and make you all fall in love with the next character I play,” she added.

    Faryal is receiving backlash on the pictures she posted.

    Earlier, the Dassi star clapped back at a troll for moral policing her over choice of clothing.

    On the work front, the Faryal was last seen in Raqeeb Se opposite Naumaan Ijaz and Iqra Aziz.

    Bollywood’s hot couple, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal sold the coverage of their wedding to Amazon Prime for more than 186 Crore Pakistani Rupees. The couple is ensuring secrecy of their wedding functions set for this week at a Rajasthan fort.

    The couple finalised the deal with a giant streaming platform, Amazon Prime where they will showcase their four-day wedding functions held at Rajasthan. The wedding functions will reportedly premiere on the digital streaming site in early 2022.

    A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDAs) was also signed by the guests, to prevent leakage of any footage of their wedding ceremony before it is streamed on Amazon.

    Guests arrived to the venue on December 6 at Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur. Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal warmly welcomed them with a special note.

    “We request you to please leave your mobile phones in your respective rooms and refrain from posting pictures or using social media for any of the ceremonies and events.”

    The bride and groom have also got secret codes in place for their 120 guests.

    Actor Faisal Quraishi has said that the industry has taken a turn where the age gap between co-stars has become an issue. “Most actresses get married and are investing time in bringing up their children and some actresses working on sets are keeping a check on their kids. It is always difficult for girls because they have more responsibilities. We think that we run homes but actually the ladies do this job, they can keep home and work at the same time,” said Faysal.

    “I was recently working with Sunita Marshall and I always found her worried about her kids on the set. When I was working with Shaista, she also shared that she had a hard time focusing on her job since her kids were always on her mind, ” added Faysal.

    Faysal added that Iqra Aziz stopped working because she recently welcomed her son and she does not want to compromise on raising her child. “Until actresses aren’t married, they are normal. Take Iqra Aziz for instance. Iqra is an excellent actress but she stopped working after she had a child. I asked her what the issue is. And she said what can I do? And Yasir [Iqra’s husband] is constantly acting.”

    In the interview, Faysal also highlights that some people are very obsessed with social media. “Some actresses upload almost half the drama on Snapchat”.

    Ayesha Omar reacts to public stripping and violent attack on four women in Pakistan

    Four women in Faisalabad were stripped naked and were beaten by locals on the accusation of theft. The incident took place on Monday, in Bawa Chak Market where dozens of people locked the women inside an electric shop. The women came there to drink water.

     A first information report (FIR) was registered and the suspects have been charged under sections 354-A (assault or use of criminal force against a woman and stripping her), 509 (insulting modesty or causing sexual harassment), 147 (punishment for rioting) and 149 (unlawful assembly guilty of an offence committed in prosecution of common object) of the Pakistan Penal Code.

     “They continued to beat us for around an hour and made our videos in naked condition,” the complainant said in FIR, as reported by Dawn.

    “The suspects committed gross injustice by stripping us, dragging us through the market and torturing us and strict action should be taken against them,” the complaint’s statement read in the FIR.

    As per reports, no one stopped people from beating the women and many were making videos from their phones. After the video went viral, the police took action against the accused people and arrested five people.

    Popular actress Ayesha Omar has responded to the incident on her social media handle.
