    After their victory, Kohli posted a picture on Instagram with the team’s World Cup trophy, captioned, “Couldn’t have dreamt of a better day than this. God is great, and I bow my head in gratitude. We finally did it.”

    This post has received more than 21 million likes so far.

    Previously, Bollywood actresses Kiara Advani and Siddharth Malhotra held the record for the most liked Indian posts on Instagram.

    Virat Kohli also became the first Asian athlete and the fifth worldwide to garner over two crore likes on an Instagram post. He remains the most followed Indian personality on Instagram, with 270 million followers.

    Detailed schedule of Champions Trophy 2025 revealed

    The proposed schedule for next year’s International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy in Pakistan has been revealed, Geo reports.

    The dates of the Champions Trophy were announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) last week, with the event scheduled to be held in Pakistan from February 19 to March 9.

    It has been reported by the media that the India-Pakistan match will be held in Lahore on March 1.

    The ICC, however, has not yet confirmed the schedule.

    As per the proposed schedule, Group A includes Pakistan, India, New Zealand, and Bangladesh, while Group B comprises Australia, England, South Africa, and Afghanistan.

    Group matches for the Pakistan team will be played in Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi.

    The inaugural Champions Trophy match between Pakistan and New Zealand is scheduled to be played on February 19 in Karachi.
