  • ‘The collab we wanted’: Hasan Raheem teams up with Anjum, Yunus for ‘Exes’

‘The collab we wanted’: Hasan Raheem teams up with Anjum, Yunus for ‘Exes’

Hasan Raheem has just released Exes, the second track from his upcoming album Dil Kay Parday. The song features Talha Anjum and Talha Yunus, with Abdullah Kasumbi and Matt Cohn handling production.

The track has light guitars, smooth synths, and a beat that feels perfect for late-night listening. Raheem sings, “You’ve been talking to your exes,” with just the right tone, making it instantly relatable. Anjum and Yunus add powerful verses that balance Raheem’s emotional side, making sure the song doesn’t get too soft.

One of the most powerful moments comes from Anjum’s line , “Haath uthay hain to Rab kay liye Koi nae mera, main sab kay liye…”

Raheem appears calm, but when the mood shifts, he transforms into Anjum or Yunus. Yunus is shown in a flooded house, while Anjum raps in a city on fire, visuals that match the emotions of love, suffocation, and anger.

Exes feels a lot like an actual ex, familiar, comfortable, and hard to forget. Hasan Raheem has been staying in this same moody, emotional style since Aisa Hi Hun and Joona.

That’s why songs like Zaalima, Memories and Radha felt so fresh. They had desi melodies and showed that Raheem was ready to try something new. Exes, on the other hand, feels like a step back.

Fans filled the comment section with excitement, one user wrote, “The collab I wantedd is almost here ”

Another added, “The collab we knew and we wanted ❤❤❤”

A fan commented, “SOMETHING BIG COMING SOON ”

While another wrote, “YOUR SONG EXES RIGHT AFTER MARRIAGE IS WILD ”

Mickey Arthur calls Babar, Rizwan unfit for T20 cricket

Former Pakistan head coach Mickey Arthur has said that Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan are not well-suited for T20 cricket.

Speaking on a private TV channel, Arthur stated, “Babar and Rizwan are not fit for T20 cricket. Both are good players, but cricket has changed. For the style of cricket they want to play, they need players who can execute that plan on the ground.”

Arthur praised current head coach Mike Hesson, saying, “Hesson and Salman Ali Agha want to play cricket according to their plan.” He also recalled Pakistan’s past success, adding, “During our tenure, Pakistan became number one, and for that, Sarfaraz Ahmed and I had planned everything.”

Next month’s Asia Cup in the UAE has sparked debate after former Pakistan captain and record-breaking batter Babar Azam, along with wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan, were excluded from the squad. The move has drawn criticism from many quarters, with former captain Rashid Latif also weighing in.

In an interview with Khaleej Times, Latif claimed the exclusion of Babar and Rizwan was the result of “internal politics,” saying, “There has been a dip in their recent performances, but they were dropped not just for cricketing reasons but due to politics.”

Latif added, “Pakistan is currently ranked eighth in ICC T20 rankings. At such a time, ignoring players like Babar and Rizwan makes no sense because we do not have any batter like Don Bradman.”

He reiterated, “The ongoing power struggles and internal politics within PCB have mentally affected two of our best players, which has also impacted their performance.”

Capt Taimur martyred in Waziristan four days before wedding

Captain Taimur Abbas, adjutant of the 73rd Battalion of the Punjab Regiment, embraced martyrdom in the line of duty at the Waziristan front, just four days before his wedding.

The brave officer was the only son of Brigadier Hassan Abbas, and his wedding had been scheduled for August 30.

Captain Taimur will be buried with full military honours. His martyrdom becomes part of the long legacy of soldiers who laid down their lives in defence of Pakistan’s sovereignty, security and territorial integrity.

Separately, security forces foiled an infiltration bid into Balochistan’s Zhob district and killed 47 terrorists, reports said on Tuesday, citing security sources.

According to details, when a large group of terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy Fitna-al-Khawarij, a term used for the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), were attempting to infiltrate through the Pak-Afghanistan border in Sambaza, the security forces detected their movement.

From August 7 to 9, the security forces carried out an operation against the terrorists, during which all 47 militants were neutralised, reports suggest, adding, “Most of the terrorists killed in the operation were Afghan nationals.”

Pakistan has witnessed a sharp uptick in cross-border terror incidents ever since Taliban rulers returned to Afghanistan in August 2021, particularly in the contiguous provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Balochistan.

Govt regulator signals possible end to SBP’s ban on crypto currencies

In a bid to cement its position as a digital asset hub, the federal government’s latest addition to the crypto framework, the Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (PVARA), convened its inaugural board meeting on Tuesday. According to reports, the meeting was attended by senior officials, including the Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the chairmen of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

At PVARA’s first session, officials reportedly approved the launch of a complaint portal in partnership with the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) to allow users to report issues related to virtual assets and receive timely redress. Reports reveal that members also discussed the possible withdrawal of the State Bank of Pakistan’s 2018 directive that had barred financial institutions from engaging in cryptocurrency transactions.

If withdrawn, cryptocurrencies and digital assets would leave the state’s gray area, officially operating in full compliance with Pakistan’s legal framework. This could also result in a drop in instances of crypto scams operating with the country, namely the Peer-to-peer (P2P) scam wherein P2P traders defraud customers by reversing bank transactions knowing the latter cant turn to the authorties for help given crypto’s legal status.

PVARA Chairman Bilal bin Saqib said that the Authority would introduce innovation along with implementing safeguards for the financial system. “Our goal is to build trust domestically and enhance Pakistan’s credibility as a forward-thinking player in the global virtual assets economy.” he remarked.

Reports indicate that Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, who attended the meeting as a special invitee, called the regulatory authority’s creation a milestone for Pakistan’s economy. Moreover, he credited the Pakistan Crypto Council (PCC) for its early role in consultations with regulators, stakeholders, and industry experts that laid the groundwork for PVARA.

Officials present at the meeting also outlined initial priorities, which reportedly include aligning PVARA’s operations with global Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terror Financing (AML/CFT) standards, finalizing the regulatory framework, and recommending independent directors with expertise in virtual assets.

Reports reveal that in order to speed up progress, dedicated committees will engage with international entities, draft up regulations, work on sandbox testing, and finalise taxation policies.

A draft licensing framework was also reportedly circulated among members for review, which is projected to be finalized soon. For its first six months, the authority is slated to meet twice a month to ensure close oversight and consistent consultation with stakeholders.

  • BigBear AI Stock: Trends, Performance, and Investment Insights

BigBear AI Stock: Trends, Performance, and Investment Insights

Artificial intelligence is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. Many companies are racing to develop AI tools that can transform industries such as defense, healthcare, finance, and cybersecurity. Among these players, BigBear AI Stock (BBAI) has started to grab attention on Wall Street. Investors are curious about its growth potential, recent performance, and risks.

This article takes a deep dive into BBAI Stock. We will explore the company’s activities, the reasons behind its stock’s headlines, its opportunities and challenges, and whether it could be a smart investment.

    What Is BigBear AI?

BigBear.ai is a technology company that focuses on artificial intelligence, data analytics, and decision intelligence solutions. The company helps organizations analyze massive amounts of data and make better, faster decisions.

Some of its core offerings include:

    • Predictive analytics – tools that forecast outcomes.

    • Cyber and threat intelligence – AI-driven solutions for national security and defense.

    • Automation tools – software that speeds up decision-making in complex environments.

BigBear.ai serves government agencies, defense contractors, and private companies. Its strong ties to the U.S. Department of Defense make it a notable player in the AI space.

Why BBAI Stock Is Getting Attention

Several factors explain why BigBear AI Stock is trending among investors:

    1. Growth in the AI Industry

The global AI market is expected to grow by double digits each year. Companies that specialize in advanced analytics and AI are likely to benefit from this trend. BigBear.ai is positioning itself as a key provider in this space.

    2. Defense and Government Contracts

BigBear.ai’s partnerships with the U.S. military and government add credibility and stability to its revenue sources. Government contracts are often long-term, which can provide a steady cash flow.

    3. Recent Stock Performance

BBAI stock has seen periods of high trading volume and price swings. When AI stocks surged in early 2023 due to the AI boom, BigBear.ai benefited from increased investor interest.

    4. Growing Investor Sentiment

As AI companies like NVIDIA, Palantir, and C3.ai dominate headlines, smaller AI firms like BigBear.ai are also gaining visibility. Retail and institutional investors are searching for the “next big AI stock.”

    BigBear AI Stock Price History

Since going public through a SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) merger, BigBear AI Stock has experienced volatility. At times, prices spiked due to hype around artificial intelligence. However, the stock has also faced steep declines during periods of market uncertainty.

For investors, this volatility means both opportunity and risk. Short-term traders may see chances for profit in price swings, while long-term investors need to weigh fundamentals.

BigBear AI’s work in artificial intelligence highlights the growing role of AI in everyday applications. For example, YouTube uses AI to identify children posing as adults, demonstrating how AI enhances online safety.

    Financial Performance and Outlook

When evaluating BBAI Stock, it is important to look at its financial health:

    • Revenue growth – The company has shown progress, but still faces challenges in scaling.
    • Profitability – Like many AI startups, BigBear.ai has not yet achieved consistent profitability.
    • Debt levels – Investors should closely monitor the balance sheet to determine if debt becomes a burden.

Still, with growing demand for AI, BigBear.ai could expand its contracts and improve its financial position over time.

    Opportunities for BigBear AI Stock

BBAI Stock could benefit from several opportunities:

    1. Expansion in Defense and National Security

With rising global tensions, U.S. defense spending on AI and analytics is increasing. BigBear.ai is well-positioned to capture more government contracts.

    2. Commercial Sector Growth

Beyond defense, industries like healthcare, logistics, and finance are adopting AI-driven decision tools. If BigBear.ai can grow in these markets, it may diversify its revenue.

    3. AI Hype and Investor Interest

Investor enthusiasm for AI continues to rise. As more companies integrate AI solutions, BigBear AI Stock could see long-term demand from both customers and investors.

    Risks and Challenges

Like any emerging tech company, BigBear AI Stock faces challenges:

    1. Competition

The AI market is crowded. Big players like Palantir, Microsoft, and Google have deeper pockets and more resources. Competing with them is not easy.

    2. Financial Stability

BigBear.ai is not yet profitable. It relies heavily on winning contracts to sustain growth. If it fails to secure new deals, its stock could suffer.

    3. Market Volatility

AI stocks are highly speculative. Prices may rise quickly on hype but fall just as fast when investor sentiment shifts.

Is BBAI Stock a Good Investment?

The answer depends on your investment style:

    • For short-term traders: Volatility may create trading opportunities.

    • For long-term investors: BigBear AI Stock has potential if it secures more government and commercial contracts, but risks remain high.

If you believe in the future of artificial intelligence and defense technology, BigBear.ai may be worth watching. However, diversification is key. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

    Analyst Opinions

Wall Street analysts remain mixed on BBAI Stock. Some see potential upside if the company continues to expand contracts. Others worry about its financial performance and stiff competition. Investors should track earnings reports and contract announcements closely.

    Final Thoughts

BigBear AI Stock is gaining attention because it sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and national security. Its government ties, AI expertise, and growing recognition make it a company worth watching. However, risks like competition, volatility, and financial pressure remain. For U.S. investors, the bottom line is clear: BBAI Stock offers high-risk, high-reward potential. If you are bullish on AI and defense, it may deserve a place on your watchlist.
