    Pakistani actress Arjumand Rahim has praised Bollywood veteran actor Jackie Shroff for helping her to find an apartment in Mumbai.

    Recently, the Akhri Barish actress revealed in an interview that Jackie Shroff is still her friend and she remembers him very fondly as he helped her get an apartment in Mumbai.

    The Suno Chanda 2 diva stated, ”I went to India for a dance course and after that I did an acting course because I wanted to understand more about acting. I was about to come back to Pakistan but I really wanted to live in India for a while that became another reason for staying in India for 6 more months”.

    On the work front, Rahim was last seen in ARY Digital’s Ghisi Piti Mohabbat.

    Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has bought a Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 that was recently launched in India for INR 2.43 crore on his birthday. The actor had also purchased a Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule edition, that costs INR 3.43 crore, in May this year.

    Posting an image of the actor with his new luxury acquisition, Mercedes-Benz dealer Auto Hangar wrote, “(We wish) the ever-enthusiastic charm of bollywood, @ranveersingh a very Happy Birthday! We also congratulate him for the new acquisition of Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600.” The 36-year-old actor celebrates his birthday on July 6 every year. The Gunday actor also owns a red Lamborghini Urus that he bought towards the end of 2019.

    Dhamaka actor Kartik Aryan also bought a new car Lamborghini Urus after testing negative from Covid-19, Kartik gifted himself a brand new car which costs a whopping INR 4.5 crores.

    The legendary actor Dilip Kumar passed away yesterday after a prolonged illness at the age of 98 and celebrities from India and Pakistan are mourning the death of the veteran actor.

    Pakistani celebrities, including Shan Shahid, Adnan Siddiqui, Usman Mukhtar, Faysal Quraishi, Maya Ali and others took to social media to express their grief on the demise of the Mughal-e-Azam actor. While Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and many others paid rich tributes to the actor and they also shared their grievances on social media.

    The love story of Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu is surely one of its kind, no less than a blockbuster Bollywood film with all the right ingredients. Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu had been together for 54 years, until the legendary actor died on Wednesday (July 7).

    12-YEAR-OLD SAIRA BANU FELL FOR 34-YEAR-OLD DILIP KUMAR

    Bairaag actress was just 12 when she fell in love with the 34-year-old Aan actor, who was already a big star at that time. In 1960, during the premiere of Mughal-e-Azam, a 16-year-old Saira was expecting to meet her crush for the first time. However, the actor didn’t turn up for the premiere which left her shattered.

    WHEN SAIRA AND DILIP MET FOR THE FIRST TIME

    The dynamic duo met for the first time a few years later, Saira said in an interview that, “When he smiled at me and remarked that I was a pretty girl, I could feel my whole self-being taking wings and flying rapturously. I knew somewhere deep within me that I was going to be his wife.”

    DILIP KUMAR AND SAIRA BANU: THE UNION

    Saira’s mother, Naseem Banu, played cupid in their love story and encouraged Kumar to propose to her daughter. The two got married in the year 1966.

    TOGETHER TILL THE LAST BREATH

    Saira remained a doting wife till Dilip’s concluding moments. She was spotted with the legendary actor on several hospital visits and made sure that the best medical care is provided to him as he was battling prostate cancer.

    The couple tied the knot in 1966 and spent almost 54 years of their lives together. They worked together in several films including the blockbuster Gopi (1970).

    Legendary Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar has passed away at the age of 98.

    “With a heavy heart and profound grief, I announce the passing away of our beloved Dilip Saab, few minutes ago. We are from God and to Him we return,” family friend Faisal Farooqui posted from the actor’s Twitter handle.

    The Mughal-e-Azam actor had been in and out of hospitals over the last one month.

    Known as the tragedy king in Indian cinema, Dilip Kumar acted in over 65 films in his envious career. The Devdas actor made his acting debut in 1944 with Jwar Bhata.

    Aamir Khan announces divorce with Kiran Rao after fifteen years of marriage

    Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao announced their divorce after 15 years of marriage in a mutual public statement. The ex-couple shared that they will “nurture and raise” their son Azad Rao Khan together. They will also be continuing their professional association on Paani Foundation and other work commitments.

    “In these 15 beautiful years together we have shared a lifetime of experiences, joy and laughter, and our relationship has only grown in trust, respect and love. Now we would like to begin a new chapter in our lives – no longer as husband and wife, but as co-parents and family for each other,” a statement issued by Khan and Rao read.

    The statement added that Khan and Rao separated prior to filing for divorce. On the work front the Dhoom 3 actor will be seen next in Laal Singh Chadda co-starring Kareena Kapoor.

    Veteran Bollywood actress Shabana Azmi showered love on Sajal Aly after the latter posted her dazzling photos. Both the actresses are working together in a Hollywood film titled as What’s Love got to do with it? When the Alif actress shared her stills from a photoshoot, Shabana displayed her love for her by commenting, “Hai main mar javaan!!!”.

    Imran Abbas recently showered love on the acclaimed Indian choreographer Geeta Kapur.

  • Dharmendra and Hema Malini converted to Islam for love

    Dharmendra and Hema Malini met for the first time when they were shooting for the film Tum Haseen Main Jawan, and they both were playing leading roles in the movie, and reportedly they both fell in love during the shoot of the movie.

    At that time Dharmendra was married to Prakash Kaur with whom he has sons Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. The actor converted to Islam in 1979 to marry Hema Malini as per Times of India, so that he could marry Hema Malini and be allowed to have two wives, and to legitimize his second Marriage which he couldn’t do as a Hindu man.

    They both tied the knot in 1980. The duo have two children together Esha Deol and Ahana Deol. According to Indian media, Dharmendra changed his name to Dilawar Khan and Hema changed her name to Aisha.

    The iconic reel and real life pair has never discussed their conversion in media.
