  • Fahad Mustafa auctions off his iconic bike

Fahad Mustafa auctions off his iconic bike

Drama star Fahad Mustafa’s iconic bike from Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum has been auctioned and sold, with the proceeds being donated to a noble cause.

The bike, which became a symbol of Mustafa’s character’s journey in the hit drama from 2024, has been sold in Dubai for an impressive price of 46,000 AED (35 lacs Pakistani rupees).

The actor has donated the proceeds to Indus Hospital Karachi to support its mission of providing free medical care.

Sharing the news with his fans, Fahad Mustafa posted a picture of his bike on his Instagram with the caption,  “Even after winning hearts on screen, Mustafa’s bike from Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum continues to spread love off-screen as we have auctioned the iconic ride for a noble cause through Indus Hospital. Mustafa has been a gift that keeps on giving and spreading love! Thank you to Indus Hospital for this opportunity!”

Earlier, in an interview with Something Haute hosted by Hassan Choudhry, Fahad shared his favorite scene from Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, and the struggle of the casting process.

Talking about his favorite scene from Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, Fahad Mustafa said, “The scene between Sharjeena and Mustafa that I like the most is the last scene, I really love that scene, and no one could have made that last scene, no one could have thought of it, no one could have created it.”

The Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum actor didn’t hold back when talking about the hurdles he faced as a producer and actor. He expressed frustration about how money often overshadows the creative process.

“I was a bit angry during the production of Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum. When I talked to anyone, all they were focused on was how much money they will make. I know that I would earn a lot of money from this drama, a lot of money, but it’s not about money. In any project, you have to be fully involved. If it doesn’t make any difference, there’s no benefit,” Fahad said.

As an experienced producer and actor, Fahad is keenly aware of the difficulties behind the scenes.

“Look, I’m a producer, and I’ve been in this industry for years. I’m not speaking ill about anyone, but as an actor, when I sit and watch my own drama, you can find many flaws in my production, and you can find many flaws in the writing by the writers. But you don’t know how hard it is to manage the actors,” the Main hoon Abdul Qadir actor explained.

  • Why did Emmad Irfani quit cricket after training with legends

Why did Emmad Irfani quit cricket after training with legends

Dreams can be big, but they can all shatter with a single injury. For actor Emmad Irfani, an ankle injury ended his hopes of becoming a cricket star alongside legends like Aamer Sohail and Waqar Younis.

In a recent interview on Mazaq Raat, hosted by Imran Ashraf, the star reflected on his journey from aspiring cricketer to a celebrated actor, revealing the heartbreaking reason he had to let go of his first love, cricket.

“I played at the junior level, but injuries are inevitable in fast bowling. Life is all about timing,” Irfani shared. While training under his coach, Imtiaz Ahmed, he practised alongside cricketing legends Aamer Sohail, Saeed Anwar, and Waqar Younis.

He was just one step away from securing a spot on the national team when an ankle stress fracture sidelined him indefinitely.

“The healing time was 12 to 18 months. In such a competitive field, being away for that long wasn’t wise. I realised I had to let go of my dream,” the Jaan-e-Jahaan actor explained.

Imtiaz Ahmed encouraged Irfani after a tough training camp, telling him, “The reason for sending you [to the camp] was to make you realise that you are not too far behind.”

But despite the reassurance, the injury marked the end of his cricket aspirations.

Reflecting on that tough period, Emmad Irfani said, “It was difficult. I suffered but learned a lot. Life taught me that nothing stays permanent; everything is temporary.”

Earlier, actor and model Emmad Irfani has captivated audiences for years with his looks and remarkable acting talent.

During the interview with Haute Talk the host asked the former supermodel about the tragic death of his son. “You went through a personal tragedy, and I don’t know how comfortable you are talking about it, but could you share how it impacted your work?”

Getting emotional about his son Zaviyar’s passing, Emmad replied,
“Yes, his death did affect my work. And I will just say don’t cry because it’s worse, smile because it just happened. He was an angel sent from the heavens. Before that, I think he taught me a lot about life; before that, I was snowboarding through life. After becoming a father, I realized why I was here, and I believe that this is the power of true unconditional love. You work on yourself, you become better, and you realize that there are people who depend on you. He came for a specific purpose, and he wanted to tell me to make something out of myself.”

  • Hania Aamir says was told to ‘get out’ by organiser at Dallas event

Hania Aamir says was told to ‘get out’ by organiser at Dallas event

Actress Hania Aamir’s Meet and Greet with fans in Dallas took an unexpected and shocking turn when she was allegedly told to ‘get out’ by an event organizer, leaving fans stunned and sparking outrage across social media.

Taking to Instagram the superstar explained: “It’s no secret that I love and respect my fans more than words can describe. Everyone who came to meet us at the Dallas event, I love you to bits and it’s unfortunate that it had to end so abruptly. I am proud of the fact that we have built a community of love, trust, and support and of just seeing each other as human beings. So it is only fair that there is transparency regarding this matter as well.”

The event was going well as Hania Aamir took pictures with fans, but things changed when she heard an argument.

“Everyone saw videos of me walking to the crowd and taking pictures and everything was fine. When I was going back to my seat, I heard one of the organizers verbally abuse my manager. So I walked up to her and asked what had happened and told the man (one of the organizers) that he cannot speak to her like this. She was so distraught that she went backstage. I followed her to make sure she was okay, and Fahad, being a gentleman, also came to check up on her,” the Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum actress continued.

After the argument, Hania and Fahad decided to take photos with fans backstage, but things got worse.

“Then we decided to start with the photos with the fans backstage. At this point, he came running after us, calling us names, telling us to get out, called off the security protocols, and verbally assaulted us even more (people had to hold him back). We were rushed out by our promoter, Arif Khan, to not further escalate anything, and we managed a personal means of transport to get back safely to the hotel,” Hania Aamir added.

The Mere Humsafar actress shared her thoughts on the whole situation, saying, “Firstly, whatever your position may be, big or small, it gives you no right to disrespect anyone. Secondly, just because we women are in male-dominated fields gives you no right to assume that you can get away with almost anything and that we will not take a stand for ourselves. Thirdly, we as a fraternity put in a lot of effort to make our fans happy. And such people with their theatrics are mostly trying to paint us black. I don’t know; maybe it does something for their ego. But promoters/organizers need to step up and make sure such clowns don’t ruin the events and the experience for the fans and the artists.”

The Parwaaz Hai Junoon actress also called out the media for spreading false claims, saying “Fourthly, I understand it’s a juicy story that a female artist left a show or misbehaved, but it would be really nice if media houses showed some responsibility with their journalism and stopped putting allegations on us as artists without getting their facts straight.”

Hania Aamir ended her message with an apology to her fans saying, “Last but not least, I would like to apologize to every single one of you who came. And I dearly love every single one of you. I am sorry things had to end this way. Just have to get through with the bad days, I guess.”

Fellow celebrities stood by Hania and called out the organizer’s behavior.

Anoushey Ashraf wrote on Instagram: “No room for disrespect and abuse for anyone. Artists are our pride and assets. Am sorry you had to experience this @haniaheofficial at the end of the day, people show their own upbringing and mindset when they decide to disrespect a woman (and many a times ones from media).
Shame on whoever this man is, shouldn’t be allowed to organise/attend any events if he can’t conduct himself with decency.”

Maya Ali also voiced her disappointment, stating:  “Disrespect is unacceptable at any cost or under any circumstances. I am so proud of you @haniaheheofficial and @maidaazmat for handling this situation with such grace. It’s truly disappointing that some individuals failed to show respect to our Pakistani stars and their teams.”

    1735199925-VO7KHHX117.jpg

Yashma Gill shared her support saying, “Like always, immense respect for @haniaheheofficial and @maidaazmat for handling the situation not only professionally but also with bravery. There’s no place for disrespect in this or any industry/workplace.”

  • Hania Aamir’s reaction to being included among Top 50 Asian stars will have you rolling on the floor

Hania Aamir’s reaction to being included among Top 50 Asian stars will have you rolling on the floor

Actress Hania Aamir’s hilarious take on being named one of the Top 50 Asian celebrities will have you laughing out loud.

The Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum actress took to Instagram to write: “They’re saying I’m the 9th most influential Asian of 2024. I think I’m famous. Will take minimum 5 business days to get back to you. Thanks.”

Hania Aamir has captured international attention by earning the title of the top Pakistani star and securing the 9th spot on the renowned Top 50 Asian Celebrities in the World list, published by a UK-based weekly.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that she’s the only Pakistani actor to land a spot in the top 20, surpassing global icons from Hollywood, Bollywood, music, TV, literature, and social media.

Other prominent Pakistanis making the list include Riz Ahmed at 11, Zayn Malik at 21, Fahad Mustafa at 23, Shazad Latif at 24, Arooj Aftab at 33, Hiba Bukhari at 37, Atif Aslam at 41, and Sajal Aly at 48.

Earlier, Pakistani renowned actress Hania Amir has expressed that her fame makes her fearful of how she will answer to Allah Almighty.

In response to a question, she discussed her social media posts, saying, “I want everyone to be happy. If someone is facing mental health issues, they should know what the solution is and who they can talk to. Because talking about mental health is no longer considered taboo.”

She added, “I do not want anyone else to go through the difficulties I have faced regarding mental health. For a long time, talking about mental health was considered taboo, but thankfully, that is no longer the case. I always say that I am afraid of my [public] image; how will I face Allah Almighty?”

“What will I say? That I made some films and earned a lot of money?”

Hania Amir also remarked, “It doesn’t suit me; I am not like that. I try to make people laugh, and my social media posts bring joy to people. I’m happy to know this, and I hope they realise that mental health is a common issue that they can talk about.”

She had given an interview to BBC Asia earlier this year, a video clip of which has surfaced in which she spoke openly about mental health.

  • ‘I had an issue with Shagufta constantly scolding Sharjeena’; Bushra Ansari on Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum

‘I had an issue with Shagufta constantly scolding Sharjeena’; Bushra Ansari on Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum

Imagine playing a character that the entire audience loves to hate, but you can’t help feel conflicted about their actions. This is exactly how veteran actress Bushra Ansari felt about her role as Shagufta in the smash hit drama serial Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum.

Appearing as a guest on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast, the Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum actress shared her thoughts on Shagufta’s meanness.

“I had a bit of an issue with my character (Shagufta) in Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum. It’s been a while since you’ve probably heard the term ‘shaki’ (doubtful/skeptical), but that’s how I felt. I needed logic for why my character was constantly scolding that girl (Sharjeena). As an actor, and maybe as a writer within me — I wasn’t challenging the scriptwriter, but I did raise the issue with the production team. I just asked them to justify it.”

She continued to question the logic of the character’s actions “Look at it this way, one son rejected the girl, and then the family married her off to my other son. So, what’s the girl’s fault in all of this? Tell me, what mistake did she make? Yet, I was constantly scolding her, and I had an issue with that.”

The Very Filmy actress also talked about industry limitations, saying, “There are limitations. They have a content department, and they have their own processes. I can only interfere up to a certain level. After that, it’s out of my hands. That’s how it is most of the time. The ‘mother’ is always shown as the villain. Whether she speaks in a cultured way or a crude one, she’s portrayed as the antagonist. It’s the same with the ‘mother-in-law’ character, she’s also the villain.”

Reflecting on her work behind the scenes, Bushra said, “I even wrote a drama myself (Mere Dard Ko Jo Zuban Mili), which aired on Hum TV. It was the debut of Sheheryar Munawar and also featured Hamza Ali Abbasi. In that drama, I had a son (played by Sheheryar) who was mute. It was a small but unique concept. I’m not praising myself, but you have to think differently sometimes. Since my son was mute, we brought in an instructor on set to teach sign language. We incorporated it into the story. It was just a bit of homework, but it added depth to the show.”

Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum was written by Farhat Ishtiaq and directed by Badar Mehmood.

  • Pak-India relationship like KMKT’s Mustafa and Adeel: Emmad Irfani

Pak-India relationship like KMKT’s Mustafa and Adeel: Emmad Irfani

In a recent interview with India Today, the Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum actor opened up about the love and appreciation his work has received from across the border.

The host, Sana Farzeen, asked, “Tell me, when you get such love from India for your project, how do you feel? When your work is so appreciated from the neighboring country, how do you feel?”

Emmad Irfani replied, “I mean, for an entertainer, applause is the best form of encouragement. What more could a performer ask for?”

The Jaan-e Jahan actor reflected on the relationship between Pakistan and India and described it in a unique way.

“I always believe that the relationship between Pakistan and India is like Mustafa and Adeel. They are probably brothers, raised in the same house, have blood ties, but they don’t see eye to eye. Their relationship is just like that of brothers, a story we tell, going back in time,” Emmad Irfani said.

The Jalan actor discussed the long and thoughtful journey behind the project (Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum), emphasizing the dedication that went into it.

Irfani said, “As for how it all started, the shooting began last year, and I was tapped by Badar Mahmood much before that. It took a sweet time, and everything didn’t happen quickly. In fact, if you ask me, Badar Mahmood, our director, I think his journey took about two and a half to three years, from the idea to the writing, from casting to shooting, and finally the release. So, I think it was made with a lot of patience, a labor of love.”

Emmad Irfani portrayed the character of Adeel in Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum.

“I’ve been to India twice, once I visited Delhi, and another time I came to Bombay. It feels like the same surroundings, the same vibe, and everything appears the same. So, thank you so much. I mean, Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum has totally introduced me to an audience that was unaware of who I was. It’s really one of the proudest moments of my life. I came for Bridal Asia in Delhi in 2002, and I came for Bridal Waves in Bombay in 2004,” Emmad shared.

Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum was written by Farhat Ishtiaq and directed by Badar Mehmood.
