    The entertainment world is abuzz with speculation as rumours circulate about the possible union of Gohar Rasheed and Kubra Khan ever since they started posting videos of celebrity dance practices on Instagram. 

    So, are these two beloved stars really taking their friendship to the next level?

    According to sources, the two stars are set to get married on February 22, with the ceremony taking place in Karachi.

    Gohar Rasheed fueled these rumours with an Instagram video. The video shows both actors at a house with friends, tea, samosas, and a cute dog, captioned “2025 Bismillah.”

    Social media users flooded the comments section with congratulations and speculation. 


    The buzz intensified when Gohar Rasheed posted another video with the caption, ‘Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai,’ adding to the curiosity. 

    In a recent appearance on “After Hours with Ushna Shah,” Gohar was asked about his relationship status. He replied, “I am not single; she’s an amazing person, and now I can’t imagine my life without her.” While he didn’t reveal his partner’s name, fans speculated it might be Kubra Khan.

    Similarly, in an interview with The Current Life, Kubra Khan was asked about her best friend in the industry. She replied, “My best friend in the industry, yes, it’s Mirza; he’s been my best friend for the past nine years now.”

    As rumours swirl, fans have expressed their excitement. One fan posted on Gohar’s Instagram: “So happy for you both.” Another added, “They both are so good, am so happy they found each other!!! Looking forward to their pictures!!!” Yet another fan commented, “The bride’s name is Kubra Khan.”

    Despite the growing buzz, neither Gohar nor Kubra has confirmed the rumours. Addressing the speculation, Kubra mentioned in an interview: “I’m used to it now. I’m wondering if it happens; you guys made it happen. I swear, you guys pushed it so much… But no, it doesn’t bother me anymore, to be honest, because it has been happening for eight years, and eventually now I’m like, yeah, whatever.”

    Right after the  Sheheryar Munawar and Maheen Siddiqui  wedding stole the spotlight from every other event, another celebrity couple may just be about to get hitched too.

    Gohar Rasheed has set off rumors of his impending wedding with Kubra Khan with a video he posted on Instagram on Monday night. The video shows Gohar and Kubra at a house with lots of friends, tea and samosay and a cute dog in attendance. He titled it “2025 Bismillah”.

    Social media users flooded the comments, congratulating the duo. One user pointed out, “Kubra Khan’s house but it is Gohar’s wedding. Are you getting it?”

    Others were left curious about who the bride may be. Kubra Khan’s Instagram account remains silent, with the last post put up in October 2024.

    Adding to the speculation, earlier, Gohar Rasheed had appeared on After Hours wih Ushna Shah, where he was asked if he was single.     Recently, 365 News shared a teaser of Gohar Rasheed, on which he appeared on ‘After Hours’ with Ushna Shah, where he opened up his views on various issues as well as confessed love.

    The host, Ushna Shah, asked, “Are you single?”

    Gohar replied, “I am not single; she’s an amazing person, and now I can’t imagine my life without her.”

    Jannat Se Agay, the actor, didn’t reveal the name of the girl in his life or whether she is also in the entertainment industry.

    Earlier, Kubra Khan addressed rumours linking her to her close friend and seasoned actor, Gohar Rasheed, in a recent interview with a digital magazine.

    Kubra discussed her relationship with Gohar and how she feels about the persistent rumours.

Directed by Asad Mumtaz and produced by Khalid Iqbal and Goher Mumtaz, ‘Abhi’ features music by Goher.The film also stars Rana Majid and Shehzad Nawaz.


    Today, Hum TV released the melodious song ‘Pyar Da Nasha’. Sung by the brilliant Goher, the video features Kubra in a stunning royal blue dress. She and Goher look incredible together, and fans love their on-screen chemistry. The song was written and composed by Sami Khan, with choreography by Nigah Jee.

    Popular film and TV star Kubra Khan has finally addressed rumors linking her to her close friend and seasoned actor, Gohar Rasheed.
    In a recent interview with a digital magazine, Kubra discussed her relationship with Gohar and how she feels about the persistent rumors. She remarked, “I’m used to it now. I’m like if it happens, you guys made it happen. I swear, you guys pushed it so much… But no, it doesn’t bother me anymore to be honest because it has been happening for eight years, and eventually now I’m like, yeah whatever.”


    She further added, “I’m not going to say that I’m mature or thick-skinned now, but the thing is the truth always comes out eventually, and I don’t have the energy to react to every Tom, Dick, and Harry.”


    When questioned about her personal life and any romantic interests, Khan humorously suggested, “Maybe I have been married all this time, and no one got to know because I have kept my life so private from social media.” However, she clarified that she was joking. “I’m not married, I’m really not. But honestly, the extent of privacy I have kept in my personal life, you might not know if when I get married,” she told the host.


    Gohar Rasheed and Kubra Khan appeared together in the Eid-al-Adha blockbuster ‘London Nahi Jaunga’, alongside Humayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat.

    The nominations for the prestigious Lux Style Awards have been announced a few days ago, and among the nominated dramas was ‘Sinf-e-Ahan’, starring Sajal Aly, Syra Yousaf, Kubra Khan, Ramsha Khan. The series, directed by Nadeem Baig, was praised by audience for exploring the issue of women empowerment.

    It received several nominations including Best Ensemble Play (Critic’s Choice), Best TV Play (Viewer’s Choice), Best TV Play Writer (Critic’s Choice) for Umera Ahmed, Best TV Director (Critic’s Choice) for Nadeem Baig, Best TV Actor (Critic’s Choice) for Sajal Aly, and Best Emerging Talent (Critic’s Choice) for Dananeer Mobeen.

    Taking to her Instagram account, Sajal Aly reacted to the nominations by expressing gratitude, sharing how the project wasn’t easy. She also wished good luck to the rest of the team for the awards:

    “This project wasn’t easy for anyone. When Sana Shahnawaz called me, I knew I am playing this character without even reading my part,” reflected the ‘Kuch Ankahi’ actor.

    The actress went on to thank the director Nadeem Baig and the producers and rest of the cast for their commendable effort to make this show succeed.

    Sinf-e-Aahan is the story of seven women from diverse backgrounds of Pakistan who each decide to join the Pakistan Army and prove their critics wrong, who assume they won’t be able to handle such an intense environment. Sajal Aly’s character Rabia Safeer, longs to do something exceptional with her life rather than wait around for a marriage proposal, and decides to take the test of the Pakistan Armed Forces selection process to join the military.

    ‘Jannat say aagay’ is about a morning show host Jannat Khan, played by Kubra Khan. The other main character is Tabbasum (Ramsha Khan), a fan inspired by Jannat’s success.

    Jannat hosts the morning show Jannat Jahan and goes to all kinds of lengths to make her show a superhit, treading into the dark side if need be.
    Tabbsum takes up a caretaker job in Jannat’s house to become close to her, so she gets to know about the reality of the superstar.

    The Balma Baghora crooner shared a lighthearted note on her Instagram story confirming her break-up with long-term boyfriend turned fiancé’ Shigri.

    The Chan Ve diva wrote: “Yes, I will always respect this person for giving me a good time. Sometimes, shit happens and happens for a reason. And to answer all your questions, yes we have parted ways. but we both are doing good and fine so don’t worry.”

    “I wanted to do it in the most respectful way and so I did. People can choose their ways of expressing their feelings, which defines who they are from the inside.”

    “That’s me, telling the truth to anyone wondering if are they or are not together. And the answer is Nope, I and Shahbaz are not together anymore. P.S no more “feeling sorry texts” please! We are doing just fine. Music is life, let’s see where it takes us”, she added.

    Aima Baig and Shahbaz Shigri were in a relationship since 2019. They announced their engagement in July 2021.  After their split, the duo unfollowed each other on social media.

    Kubra Khan to record statement before FIA in defamation case against Adil Raja

    Actor Kubra Khan announced last week on social media that she had officially filed a case with the Sindh High Court against Youtube blogger Adil Farooq Raja for making degrading and malicious comments against her and three other actresses. In her social media post, the actress said she was motivated to make this decision after realizing that its necessary to protect hard working, young women out there who are easily turned into a target by insecure men.

    Today as reported by Dawn, the ‘Hum Kahan Kay Sachay Thay’ actresss has been directed by Sindh High Court to appear before an inquiry officer from the Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) to provide a statement for trial proceedings.

    In the last hearing, the SHC ordered FIA and the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to block all forms of malicious content being spread about Khan on social media.
    After that hearing, IO Shagufta Shahzad had filed a report confirming that a probe has been registered at the FIA cybercrime circle in Karachi. She further stated that on the order of the SHC, a direct was also sent to the PTA to block social media accounts regarding the same person. The IO further made a request to the SHC for the petitioner to visit her office in order to record her statement for the trial to proceed.
    The bench had adjourned the hearing till January 26 while a notice was sent to PTA for the next meeting.
