Ever since Syra Yousuf posted a selfie of herself and Bilal Ashraf, social media users cannot stop shipping the two and asking them to get married to each other.
Shahbaz Shigri penned a “sappy” birthday wish for ladylove, Aima Baig and expressed his love for her.
Sharing an adorable picture of the two, Shigri said: “There is too much sentimental stuff to unpack and I’m going to try and avoid turning this into a college thesis, but here goes.”
“Happiest of birthdays Aima, my partner, my homie, my muse and my heart. There is no greater happiness in this world than making you happy, and seeing you smile and laugh like nothing else matters,” he continued.
“I know I’ve said this a thousand times, but I’ll say it once more for good measure,” he said further. “Since we walked into each others’ lives, quite randomly I might add, every day has been the best day.”
He further added: “So here’s to many more cheestatically sappy declarations of love and adoration to come!”
Expressing his love for Aima, Shigri added, “I know you aren’t too big on birthdays, especially your own. But I love you, and you have no idea how important it is, the day you came into being.”
“Otherwise I’d be sitting at home, single and bored making fun of some idiot writing a squirmy lovey-dovey birthday msg for his/her partner. So thank you for being born. Ilysm”
“Me to my alternative reality single-self: ohh how the turntables,” concluded Shigri on a humorous note.
In December 2020, Hamza had announced that he will be writing a book on religion and God.
“Will be a little inactive on social media because of that,” he had said, adding that he hopes to be done with it by June 2021.

In November 2019, the Alif actor had announced that he is taking a break from acting to focus on his spiritual journey and get a better understanding of Islam.
“I had this divine revelation some time back, that all that I am doing in this world will end the moment I die,” Hamza had said in a video message, adding that death is inevitable.
“All these trophies, all these accolades will not bring me any good on the day of judgment when I meet my Maker. I have decided that I want to leave everything that might be a hurdle when it comes to making my matters easier on the day of Judgment.”
Hamza later clarified that he is only taking a break from acting and will continue to make videos and use his voice and popularity to spread the message of Islam and inspire others to undertake this spiritual journey.
Meanwhile, Hamza often engages with his followers on social media and shares his thoughts and understanding of religion with them.
In my opinion, the biggest mistake we Muslims have done collectively is to make it a standard that unless Quran is not understood through the lens of Islamic history, it can never be fully understood. This statement goes very much against a clear and repeated order in Quran.
Yes. I believe as a Muslim tht Bible does contain sum bits of the will of Allah & its my persnl opinion tht what Jesus Peace Be Upon Him said in the book of Mathews as chargesheet against the Pharisees is 100% applicable today to most of the popular clergy of all religions.
Because we have always had the same quran throughout the world for 1442 yrs with even some variant readings well preserved, so there is no incentive to doubt.
Siddiqui, in a recent social media post, opened up on his love for the flute and what drew him to it.
“I started romancing the flute quite fortuitously when a flute seller who looked more like a vagabond playing for the love of music, caught my fancy many years ago in Karachi Boating Basin,” shared Adnan.
“Having had an inherent ear for music, I had trained myself to play harmonica during my young days,” he continued. “So the decision to dabble into a new territory was an obvious transition.”
“Though memory fails me to recall the composition that man regaled me with at the time time, it did leave me with a strong affinity towards the flute” wrote Adnan further. “The next day I found myself wandering through by-lanes of the walled city of Karachi, scouting for a flute that would instantly metamorphose me into Mozart! Well, that didn’t happen and I have made peace with being a Pied Piper.”
“It’s been a long time and I am still in love with the flute,” added the actor. “Despite being self-taught, not once has it rejected my advances to compose seemingly novice notes. It loves me back equally, offering me experiences that are therapeutic and divine at the same time.”
Adnan was recently spotted bonding with Turkish actors. Last month, Celal Al welcomed Adnan Siddiqui and other Pakistani actors Humayun Saeed, Reema Khan and Sadia Khan in Turkey.

Gohar Rasheed, Haroon Shahid, Fahad Mirza, Shaan, Anoushey Ashraf, Feroze Khan, Areeba Habib, and Omair Rana also expressed their excitement over PM Khan’s win.
You can disagree with him on certain things but for the first time in my life I can proudly say that the #PrimeMinisterofPakistan Mr @ImranKhanPTI is not corrupt !! and that’s all what you need for the future of Pakistan
@ImranKhanPTI I stand with you as you stand for Pakistan . My vote might not count in the parliament. But my prayers for you & Pakistan will always be heard and counted in the court of the ALMIGHTY. Your success is the success of Pakistan 🇵🇰 #Pakistanhameshazindabadpic.twitter.com/cVvfhYetT9
Once a fighter, always a fighter. Don’t think any leader of this country would’ve opted to do what @ImranKhanPTI did. 👏🏽🇵🇰 May Allah bless this country & anybody who wants it to prosper !
Look at the poor of this country, look at the illiterate. Look out of your damn window and you can see the damage our ‘ex’ leaders have caused us. If you support their stance, you’re a part of the problem. My #VoteOfConfidence is still with @ImranKhanPTI Bless you!
Similarly, actor Javeria Abbasi said: “I am Javeria Abbasi and my vote of confidence goes to one and only my skipper. I am confident that Imran Khan will never break the trust of Pakistanis, he will never cease to struggle for the betterment of Pakistan.”
Hadiqa Kiani also celebrated Khan’s victory by sharing a picture of him. Earlier, in an exclusive interview with The Current, Kiani had said: “Pakistan is on the path to stability. I have all my hopes,” adding “A lot of people have lost hope but I still am hopeful.”
After Pakistan Democratic Movement’s candidate Yousuf Raza Gilani emerged victorious against the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh in the Senate Elections, PM Khan in an address to the nation announced that he is going to seek a vote of confidence from the National Assembly. Sharing a picture of herself doing yoga, Mawra said: “I was majorly a gym person up until COVID happened.”
“Today marks a year of me training at home all by myself, with little help from friends and YouTube, as much as I feel comfortable and when I feel the need for it,” shared Mawra.
“Let’s all aspire to be our healthier versions, always,” said the actor further, adding: “When in doubt…breathe.”
Last year, Mawra was criticised on social media for being too skinny, when she posted a picture of herself with the caption “Losing all of my weight and all of my mind.” Mawra later deleted that post.
Hania Aamir recently sparked backlash after she talked about colour shaming and flawed beauty standards in a series of posts on her Instagram stories. Netizens and social media users called the actor out for using a beauty filter and not showing her own raw skin while talking about embracing flaws.
Responding to the criticism, Hania said: “I was even wearing makeup that day. The point is being comfortable with who you are, doing things because you want to do them, not doing things because [of] the beauty standards that are set.”
“Does that makes sense?” questioned Hania after clarifying her stance.
“If I am using a beauty filter because I want to use it then it’s fine. But if I use a beauty filter because I feel pressurized by the society, then it is wrong,” she explained.
The actor further said: “Let’s not kill the whole conversation and pit women against women just because you don’t understand my point of view. There is something good going on over here, so please expand your brains and think positively.”
Hania further said that she has been talking about skin positivity for the last two years.
“Agar mein ne beauty filter user kar lia aik dintoh aap ko opportunity mil gae hai. Itnay opportunist na bano yaar,” she remarked. “This is me with a bare face, deal with it.”
This is not the first time Hania has talked about unrealistic beauty standards. Earlier in 2019, Aamir had opened up about her struggle with acne and talked about unrealistic beauty standards.
Humaima Malick has shared that she wishes she could ‘carry [the] hijab’ all her life.
Sharing a picture of herself with Noor Bukhari, Malick praised the former actor for her guidance and penned down words of appreciation for her.
“There are very few people in life who expect nothing from you but your own good,” Humaima captioned the picture. “Noor you are so noorani meri pyaari Noori. May Allah bless you always and forever.”
She then thanked Noor for the scarf, saying a little prayer of motivation for herself and asking fans to do the same.
“Thank you for this beautiful gift, I loved wearing this scarf. May Allah add me in His loved ones and give me [the] strength to carry hijab all my life,” said Malick.
Later, the actor said that he will not be quitting after his “Sheikh” Sultan Muhammad Ali ordered him not to quit.
“He believes the industry is a source of spreading the message from one place to another,” said Feroze. “He also told me that I needed to be at this place. I have to do something out of this, I have to make something out of this. So I’m reading into a lot of scripts, looking into a lot of scripts — I may act, I may produce, but I’m here.”
