Ayeza Khan is playing a TikToker in her upcoming drama Laa Pata co-starring Ali Rehman Khan and Sarah Khan. Ayeza took to twitter to announce that she will be paying a tribute to her contemporary by replicating her look and dance from the film Superstar.
The Chupke Chupke actress shared the news with her fans on her Instagram account and even referred to Mahira as a ‘living legend’.

After a successful music career, Fawad made his big-screen debut with Shoaib Mansoorâs Khuda Kay Liye (2007) and officially started his career as an actor. Born to an actor father, Salahuddin Tunio, in a Sindhi household, Fahad started his career in showbiz with the drama series, Umrao Jaan Ada (2003). Faysal started his acting career as a child artist at the age of 11 with Andhera Ujala (1985). Born to an actress mother, Afshan Quraishi, Faysal grew up with a blossoming passion for the craft. He made his adult debut as a teenager in the 1992 film, Saza. His television debut as a leading actor was with Manjhdhar. Faysal played the titular character in Boota From Toba Tek Singh (1999) which catapulted him to stardom. Currently, Faysal can be seen in Geo TVâs Fitoor opposite Hiba Bukhari.
Naumaan worked as a manager at a movie theatre before trying his luck as a television actor. He started off with a brief role in an undocumented PTV play directed by Nusrat Thakur in 1988. His first documented television play is Fishar (1990) directed by Ayub Khawar and written by Amjad Islam. In his long career, Naumaan has acted both on television and the big screen and has earned accolades for his acting. Currently being seen in Dil Na Umeed To Nahi, his next project is a Zee5 web series opposite Saba Qamar titled as Mann Jogi.
Adnan Siddiqui started his career as a model before foraying in the field of acting. His first documented television serial is PTVâs Aroosa (1994), opposite Mishi Khan. Although a supporting part, Aroosa introduced Adnan to the world of acting and since then this dashing actor has acted not just in Pakistan but also in Hollywood and Bollywood. He appeared in the Hollywood film A Mighty Heart (2007) headlined by Angelina Jolie. He made his Bollywood debut with Boney Kapoorâs Mom (2017) opposite late Sridevi. Ahsan began his acting career at the age of 17 with a supporting role in the Shaan Shahid â Reema Khanâs big-screen bonanza, Nikah (1998). The film was directed by the veteran Sangeeta, and Ahsan was noticed for his unconventional screen presence and flamboyance. Ahsan also displayed his dancing skills in the filmâs famous song, Paani Paani. He started his career as a television actor back in 2003 with multiple PTV productions. 22 years down the line, Ahsan continues to rule the television screen with his diverse roles. His recent drama Qayamat gathered many applauses. His upcoming project is with Hum TV once again, Qissa Meherbano Ka.
Sami donned the avatar of a cop for his debut film, Salakhain (2004) opposite Zara Sheikh and Meera. He started his career on television with PTVâs Dil Se Dil Tak in the following year. Imran has been acting ever since he was a child, his notable work as a child star includes Goodbye Reshma, Imran officially debuted as an actor in the Fahad Mustafa â Sunita Marshall starrer Wafa Kaisi Kahan Ka Ishq (2011). He played a supporting role in the drama but was appreciated for his on-screen chemistry with Sonya Hussyn. Imran Abbas is a Pakistani actor, singer, producer and former model. He made his first television appearance in Umrao Jaan Ada (2003). Nausheen Shah has lauded Prime Minister Imran Khanâs recent statement and shared that everyone should follow the teachings of Quran.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Shah said: “Perda kerna humaray Islam mei hai aur is mei humari he behtari hai.”
The Dugdugi actress added, “Kero ya na kero woh ap ki merzi. I am not saying that men will be forgiven. No! Hesab tu dono ko he dena ho ga.” Shah said that she is not judging anyone as this right only belongs to Allah. She added that this is being ordered by Him and we should follow that.
Concluding her post, she wrote: “Imran Khan we are proud of you.”

Nimra Khan appeared as a celebrity guest on Geo’s Jashan-e-Cricket, the Uraan actress revealed that her favourite politician is Nawaz Sharif on being asked by the host Shahzad Iqbal. She had to choose her favourite politician amongst the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, former President Asif Ali Zardari, and current Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The actress said that Nawaz Sharif is her favourite. Pointing towards a dummy of Shahbaz Sharif present on the set, Shahzad asks her if she chose Nawaz because of it, she replied that “No! Actually I think Lahore is very beautiful.”

Italian footballer Manuel Locatelli is the latest footballer to snub Coca-Cola in a press conference.
Itâs been quite an intriguing journey for Coca-Cola, one of the sponsors of Euro 2020 tournament. After being snubbed by Cristiano Ronaldo at a press conference ahead of Portugal vs Hungary match, the soft drink company was subjected to a similar rejection by Italyâs midfielder.
Locatelli arrived at the post-match news conference after producing a Man-of-the-Match performance against Switzerland in Italyâs 3-0 win. On spotting the two Coca-Cola bottles placed in front of him, the midfielder decided to remove them from the sight. Locatelli also chuckled a little as he took the bottles out of focus, aware of the stir such an act had created when Ronaldo had done the same a couple of days ago.
The Italian midfielder, who scored two goals for Italy in the teamâs second group-stage match, then picked up a water bottle and put it right in the middle, echoing Ronaldoâs sentiments that one should be drinking water over aerated drinks, but in a subtle manner.
Earlier, Ronaldoâs Coca-Cola snub had hurt the beverage makerâs brand value quite significantly. It was reported that soon after the Portuguese footballerâs act, Coca-Colaâs stock prices crashed and the brand ended up losing a whopping USD 4 billion from its market value. As Ronaldo urged the world to adopt a healthier lifestyle, the move had huge repercussions.

After Ronaldoâs gesture, Coca-Cola was forced to release a statement saying: âEveryone is entitled to their drink preferencesâ and that people have their âtastes and needsâ.

Amazon billionaire, Jeff Bezos will fly to space with his brother Mark Bezos next month, on the first human spaceflight. The spacecraft are being made by his company, Blue Origin. The automated capsules with no pilot will include six passengers, including the winner of an ongoing auction taking place for a seat. After that, the remaining seats will be up for sale.
In an Instagram video, the world’s richest person, Bezos disclosed that ever since he was five years old, he has dreamed of traveling to space.
If the mission is successful, Bezos will leave behind Tesla and Space X founder Elon Musk. and British entrepreneur Richard Branson, who are also hoping to fly to space by the end of this year.
As per reports, the total flight time would be 11 minutes approximately. The mission is to get ahead of the Karman line known as âan imaginary boundaryâ which is about 62 miles above the Earth and hundred kilometers above sea level.
Since this is the first human spaceflight, there is no guarantee that the flight is safe for passengers. However, Blue Origin has successfully launched dozens of rockets from Guadalupe Mountains of West Texas.
Blue Origin was founded by Bezos in 2000 with the mission of cheap traveling to space and reusable launch systems.
The news came after the announcement made by Bezos in February that he would step down as the CEO of Amazon and would focus on his other work.
Ever since Hania Aamir posted a video with the Wajahat brothers, she’s constantly been the talk of the town and trending on social media. After Asim Azhar’s tweet about Hania, the exes fiercely indulged in an online feud, after which several celebrities, from the Pakistani drama and film industry, started posting their views on the issue. The issue started when after Hania posted the controversial Wajahat brothers video. Asim Azhar, who allegedly dated Hania for a significant period of time, took to his Twitter account and posted a GIF that people assumed was directed towards Hania.

TikToker Jannat Mirza blasted veteran actress, Bushra Ansari for calling her ‘Jahil’, after a post of hers disrespecting the Christianity symbol circulated on the web.
Jannat uploaded a video where she was wearing an accessory that she received in a PR package. According to Jannat, the package consisted of a piece that had a cross sign and butterflies on it. According to her, when she shot her videos, she didn’t notice it. However, once she uploaded the video, she found out about it through the comment section. As soon as she realised the seriousness of the matter, she removed the videos and apologised for her unintentional mistake on her Instagram handle.
“To my Christian fans & friends, I am really sorry i didnât notice the chain at all. I heartedly apologise to all of you. Please accept it,” said Jannat in her Instagram story.
Mirza also admitted that she does not feel any shame in apologising. Since she was at fault, she accepted it and sincerely apologised for it. She hoped that her fans will forgive her and not hold a grudge.
This Jannat Christian locket incident was noticed by senior actress Bushra Ansari who expressed her opinion regarding the entire issue, saying: “Aik dur fitty mun to banta hay in jahil stars par. Afsos Islam ka pata na kisi aur religion ka.“
This flared up Jannatâs close friend and TikToker Umer Butt as well. He took to his Instagram stories to addressed Ansariâs comments.
Butt referred Ansari as âAmma Jeeâ and demanded that the veteran actress should apologise to the TikToker for her harsh comments.
Referring to Mirzaâs apology earlier, he elaborated that since she made a mistake and apologised, Ansari needs to do the same for hurting Jannatâs sentiments. He hoped that Ansari would understand and do it soon.
To support Jannat against Ansari over the Christian locket controversy, the TikTokerâs sister Alishbah Anjum also took to her Instagram stories by directly addressing Ansari.
She took a sarcastic tone as she addressed her argument regarding Islam and ridiculed Ansari for being more Islamic. She also dubbed Ansari as someone to whom people look up to so she should avoid such statements. She then went on to share her two cents on what Islam allows and what it prohibits.
Jannat also addressed Ansari and the Christian locket controversy.
This isnât the first time Mirza has used titles like Amma Jee to address someone she was feuding with. A while ago Mirza got caught up with Waqar Zaka and she addressed him as uncle to which Zaka responded by terming her Chachee Lasori.
Meanwhile, Mirza also requested that Ansari focus on her own actions instead of the Christian locket issue, before critiquing someone else. She also shared her anger towards Ansari for wishing death upon her faming and verbally abusing her.
She then went on to reshare the apology that she had posted after promoting the chain with the cross on it.
Mirza explained that she is familiar with the importance of the cross for the Christian community and she respects it. She just didn’t notice it. She apologised once again.
Bushra Ansari later responded to the criticism of the TikTokers on ” target=”_blank”>Instagram, saying: “Afsos! For everything going around us. I just saw the picture and instantly got emotional about the disgrace to minorities. Without seeing or knowing that it was Jannat Mirza’s unintentional mistake and she had already apologised.”
“I saw it late and just conveyed that Islam teaches to respect other religions too. This was the point. And seriously telling you I didn’t even know her name. But when I saw people’s comments that she said sorry, I instantly deleted the post. So, kids behave yourself. It was a confusion exactly like she did that without realising it. I’m not teaching Islam. But we have to be just humans and respect humanity. Young kids are going to live and enjoy this life longer than us but you have to respect your elders, even if they scold you for your mistakes,” she added.
