    Aagha Ali has said that he does not get Danish Taimoor’s dressing sense and suggested him to change his stylist.

    Recently, Aiman Khan and Muneeb Butt appeared on The Couple Show, and amidst a show’s segment, the Daldal actor asked Aagha that which actor in the industry has no dressing sense and needs a designer? To which Aagha replied: “I recently watched his show and his attire in it and I didn’t get his dressing. So, I thought whoever styled it should change it, and that’s Danish (Taimoor). He’s otherwise well dressed but he’s hosting a show and I saw that. I don’t know if that was an experiment, but not a very good one. I think his clothes were very loud.

    Muneeb Butt recently appeared on Hina Altaf and Aagha Ali’s The Couple Show. During a segment of the show, Aagha asked Muneeb that who he thinks is a “parchi” in the younger generation of the industry. To which the Daldal actor replied, “I think it was comparatively easier for Azaan Sami Khan to come into the industry than other actors.”

    Azaan is the son of veteran Pakistani actress Zeba Bakhtiar and singer Adnan Sami.

    Agha then concluded the conversation by saying that so you think Azaan is a ‘parchi’ and Muneeb nodded with a smile. Azaan will make his small screen debut in the forthcoming drama serial, Ishq-e-Laa opposite powerhouse performers Sajal Aly and Yumna Zaidi.

    Saboor Aly has revealed a secret about her engagement to Ali Ansari, saying that it was just as surprising for the two of them as it was for their fans.

    Saboor, who appeared on Amir Liaquat’s show with Ali just a few days before their engagement, shared with BBC Urdu that the two weren’t planning on anything even then.

    “Mariam has always been a good friend of mine and she would talk about how she’s looking for a good girl for her brother and I would suggest eligible girls to him. I would suggest girls to consider him,” recalled Saboor with a laugh. The Gul-o-Gulzar actor went on to share how Mariam then started asking her to consider Ali, saying how he was “a very nice person and anyone who ends up with him would be very lucky.” However, Saboor did not give it much of a thought until her sister Sajal insisted on the same. “They asked us to talk to each other and see where it goes,” shared Saboor.

    “When we started talking, I made it clear that I don’t want to prolong the talking stage and that if there had to be something, I’d want it to happen right away. I thought it would fizzle out after I said that but everything happened very quickly from there on,” she said.

    Saboor didn’t even have a dress ready to wear on her baat pakki event, as things developed very suddenly. “Even when Ali was on his way with his family, I asked him if he was sure as I was scared but now I feel very lucky!” she gushed.

Nothing is bigger than the self respect.”

    She further said, “It was a conscious decision that I wanted to stay here in my country and work for my Pakistani cinema.”

    The anchor said, “You were offered Hum Quershi’s role in Dairh Ishqiya, which was along side Madhuri Dixit, you were offered Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s role in Fanney Khan, these are the big films that you turned down.”

    Talking about the reason behind rejecting Dairh Ishqiya  the Actress said she had an issue with one of the scenes in the movie.

    During the interview, she also talked about that how happy she felt when she came to knew that she was being awarded with Sitara-e-Imtiaz and also shared her experience of the criticism she received over the award.

  • Saboor Aly dislikes being compared with elder sister Sajal

    In a recent interview with BBC Urdu Saboor Aly opened up about people comparing her with sister Sajal Aly.

    “There are comparisons between me and Sajal when it comes to work,” said Saboor adding, “People compare us online and create competition.”

    The actress further added, “At times it’s about who is more prettier and successful, I would just like to say, both of us have our own identities so please acknowledge that.”

    Earlier this month, Sajal Aly posted a picture of her on Instagram and netizens including Mahira Khan are thinking that Sajal resembles a lot like her sister Saboor in the picture.
