    Mehwish wishes her ‘Jaanemann’ Azfar with a heartfelt birthday note

    Mehwish Hayat has penned a sweet note for her ‘best friend’ Azfar Rehman on his birthday.

    “Everyone has a friend during each stage of life. But only the lucky ones have the same friend in all stages of life and I consider myself extremely fortunate to always have had you by my side. You’re not only my best friend but my family. All of my happiest memories are those of which you have been a part,” wrote Mehwish, sharing pictures of herself with Azfar on Instagram.

    She further wrote that when she thinks of all the times they’ve spent together; be it their New Year trips, shoots, promotions, or just hanging out, discovering the best breakfast venue, and the endless conversations they have had, each moment has been filled with laughter, joy, and fun.

    She also remarked that Azfar makes her proud of all his achievements, adding, “keep shining bright. You make this world a better place with your existence. You certainly make mine a blissful one.”

    “Thank you for being you Janemannnn! Wishing you all the best for your future endeavors. A very Happy Birthday Azfu hamesha khush raho!“

    Replying to his Jaanemann, Azfar wrote: “I’m blessed to have a friend like you with a heart of gold. May Allah bless you more and more and more.”

    This dynamic duo of best friends have worked in successful movies together such as Chhalawa and Punjab Nahi Jaungi.

    Azfar turned 32 on June 7 and he is currently working in ARY Digital’s new drama serial Aakhir Kab Tak in a negative role, co-starring Ushna Shah.

    Yasir Nawaz and Nida Yasir recently appeared on Ahsan Khan’s show Time out with Ahsan Khan. During the interview, Nida revealed that Yasir had regrets about working with Alizeh Shah in the Drama serial Mera Dil Mera Dushman.

    On being asked by the host, Nida said that Yasir had some difficulty working with Alizeh Shah and building a chemistry with her since they played a married couple in the serial.

    Yasir Nawaz then added that he regrets working with Alizeh Shah and he wanted the show to be wrapped earlier than the makers because of this issue.

    Feroze Khan, who recently collaborated with the Ehad-e-Wafa actress for an endorsement jumped in to express his support for her on social media.

    Ever since Hania Aamir posted a video with the Wajahat brothers, she’s constantly been the talk of the town and trending on social media. After Asim Azhar’s tweet about Hania, the exes fiercely indulged in an online feud, after which several celebrities, from the Pakistani drama and film industry, started posting their views on the issue. After a lengthy online battle, Hania posted that men think it’s funny to demean women, “Where a woman showing affection to her loved ones is wrong but a man ejaculating on a woman’s picture on video on the internet is retweeted and made viral content.”

    The ‘ejaculation comment’ raised eyebrows and was apparently referring to an ‘incident’ during one of Hania’s live sessions. Recently, during an Instagram live hosted by Hania, a man joined in on the live session and started masturbating while looking at her picture. A visibly disturbed Aamir ended up going offline to process what had just happened. After the live session, some suggested the video had been doctored or edited.

    The issue started when after Hania posted the controversial Wajahat brothers video. Asim Azhar, who allegedly dated Hania for a significant period of time, took to his Twitter account and posted a GIF that people assumed was directed towards Hania.

    The GIF posted by Asim said: “Bal Bal Bach Gaya.”

    After few hours Hania tweeted, “You can either be a celebrity or a bitter ex with no dignity.”

    Soon after the exchange of words between the two, Pakistani celebrities were quick to take sides.

    Fahad Mustafa, Mirza Gohar Rashid, Ali Zafar, Danyal Zafar, Ali Rehman Khan, Shahveer Jaffry and Dananeerr Mobeen are supporting Hania.

    “Disgusted with the way people are treating actresses of our industry if you don’t like what they do, you have a choice not to follow them but stop judging and trolling,” said Fahad Mustafa while addressing the issue on Twitter.

    Similarly, other celebs extended their support to the Ishqiya actress.

    On the other hand, Sajal Aly, Asad Siddiqui, Saba Qamar, Zara Noor Abbas are supporting Asim.

    The whole fraternity is now questioning cyber bullying and private lives being discussed publicly and how such issues should be taken up on social media.

    Hania Aamir recently received a lot of backlash from her fans on posting a video with the Wajahat brothers. She later deleted the video due to extreme hate comments by social media users.

    Asim Azhar, who allegedly dated Hania for a significant period, took to his Twitter account to post a GIF that people assumed was directed towards Hania. Asim and Hania were talk of the town but they never made their relationship official.

    After the backlash received on social media Hania Aamir posted a note on different social media platforms.

    “Just another day surviving in a misogynist world where double standards have power over innocence and where coexisting with difference of opinion is not a thing,” the acress wrote.

    She continued, “Where a man trying to belittle a woman is applauded but if a woman does the same she is hated. Where a woman showing affection to her loved ones is wrong but a man ejaculating on a woman’s picture on video on the internet is retweeted and made viral content”.


    “Just another day surviving. Hope you all are doing well in this disgusting world and keeping your goodness intact.”

    “Someone else’s evil shouldn’t ruin your goodness,” concluded Hania.

    After few hours Hania tweeted, “You can either be a celebrity or a bitter ex with no dignity.”

    Hania then urged everyone to show a more responsible conduct.

    Hania Aamir has now posted another long note saying that it is not “ex vs ex debate” adding that for her its about “abuse vs the abuser.”

    The actress further added that she is not speaking against men, she is speaking against misogyny.

    Sajal Aly posted a picture of her on Instagram and netizens including Mahira Khan are thinking that Sajal resembles a lot like her sister Saboor in the picture.

    “Ajeeb daastan hay yeh”, Sajal wrote in the caption of the picture.

    Mahira Khan left a comment on Sajal’s picture, “Oh My God, you look so much like Saboor”.

    “So pretty,” she added.

    Sajal wal quick to reply to Mahira’s comment. “Saboor yeh sun kar behad khush hogi,” she wrote on a humorous note.

    Saboor jumped into the conversation to add, “Wohi main kahoon aaj itni pyari Kesay lag rahi hai”, followed by some emojis.

    Mira Sethi and Mahira Khan are on the same page as Mira also left a comment under Sajal’s post saying that Sajal look so much like Saboor in the picture”.

    Pakistan’s Nobel Peace laureate Malala Yousafzai has made it to British Vogue‘s July cover. The interview covered her life after academic graduation from Oxford University, her big plans for her future, love and marriage.

    During the interview, Malala raised her concerns about the institution of marriage saying, “I still don’t understand why people have to get married. If you want to have a person in your life, why do you have to sign marriage papers, why can’t it just be a partnership?”

    Veena Malik and Mathira have took to social media to express their opinion on Malala’s comments.

    Mathira shared a news story about Malala’s comments on marriage and wrote, ” If you think having someone as a partner in your life is great then [it is also great] getting your future blessed in a halal way wonderful.”

    In another Instagram story Mathira said, “My vote is for nikkah”.

    “No matter how modern I am, I will always teach my kids to go for nikkah,” she wrote.

    She continued further by stating that despite being divorced she still believes in the institution of marriage.
