Fans act rowdy with Hania Aamir at Hum Awards red carpet

Fans are an integral part of an actor’s professional life and that is why at events like Hum Awards, celebs go up to fans and give back love by clicking photos with them.

Heartthrob Hania Aamir, however, was subjected to inappropriate physical contact by fans during the red carpet event of the Hum Awards 2025, held in Houston, Texas.

While the actress graciously posed for photos and interacted warmly with admirers, a video doing the rounds on social media has raised concerns about the boundaries that some fans crossed while posing with her.

Upon her arrival at the venue, Hania was swarmed by fans, many of them women, eager to take selfies and hug the actress. In the viral video, multiple individuals can be seen grabbing Hania’s hands and shoulders, with one particular moment showing her visibly uncomfortable as she removes a woman’s hands from her body.

Despite the discomfort, Hania continued engaging with fans, smiling through the encounter and taking pictures without showing irritation.

The video quickly spread across social media platforms, sparking debate about personal space and the entitlement of fans during public interactions with celebrities. While many praised Hania’s patience and professionalism, others called out the inappropriate behaviour, emphasizing that admiration should not override basic respect and consent.

“It’s okay to love someone, but it’s not okay to touch them like that,” one user commented.

Another quipped: “Woman so goated that even aunties started harassing.”

“Aunties ka bas chale toh ghar le jayein Hania ko,” joked another, highlighting the intensity of the encounter.

Some praised Hania’s grace under pressure. “She’s still taking pictures with them so lovingly,” one fan noted, commending her poise.

Despite the unsettling incident, the evening concluded on a high note for Hania Aamir as she was honoured with the Global Star Award, recognizing her growing influence beyond Pakistan’s borders.

Known for her bubbly personality and down-to-earth charm, Hania has often been praised for her humble approach to fame and her warm interaction with fans. However, this incident serves as a stark reminder that celebrity admiration should never come at the cost of personal boundaries.

  • Hijab is not just about covering the head; I salute Zarnish’s decision: Nimra Khan

Hijab is not just about covering the head; I salute Zarnish’s decision: Nimra Khan

Famous actress Nimra Khan praised the hijab of former actress Zarnish Khan, who left the entertainment industry, and said that people should learn from her what the true meaning of hijab is.

Recently, Khan was invited to a podcast discussing various topics, including her kidnapping.

“Veil and hijab mean to cover the body and face completely. The purpose of hijab is not only to cover the hair and part of the face. Whether right or wrong, it is between me and Allah,” she said.

“When one wears hijab, it means covering everything. If I stand before you (a man), nothing from head to toe should attract you. So, it covers not only the head but everything, including the eyes,” she added.

Citing the example of former actress Zarnish Khan, Nimra said that her career was on the rise, but Zarnish left everything and started veiling. “She is not even sharing reels (short videos) while wearing hijab.”

She added, “It is often seen that women and young girls wear hijab as a fashion statement. They wear hijab over jeans, pants, and shirts; some even wear makeup. They don’t understand the true meaning of hijab, which should not be done that way,” she said.

“I understand that some people earn their livelihood through social media, but Zarnish gave up everything completely. I salute and respect her decision because few people have that courage,” she praised Khan.
