Sania Mirza’s sister Anam shared a reel of her trip to Dubai on her Instagram account, where Sania and Shoaib Malik’s son, Izhaan, was spotted posing for a picture with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
His brief appearance in the video caught the attention of many fans, including Indian film director Farah Khan, who applauded Anam on her weight loss.
According to India Today, Khan was currently in Dubai for the promotion of his upcoming film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. The actor has returned to Mumbai with high security after local police received an anonymous call on April 10, threatening to murder Khan at the end of the month.
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan came under fire on Twitter after he spoke about digital platforms normalizing nudity and vulgar topics, asking that they should be subjected to censorship.
“I really think there should be censorship on the medium (OTT). All this… vulgarity, nudity, swearing needs to stop. Kids as young as 15 or 16 can access it. Would you like it if your young daughter watches it? I just think the content on OTT needs to be checked. The cleaner the content, the better it will be. It will also have better viewership.”
According to The Hindustan Times, the ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan ‘ actor spoke out against actors who perform nude scenes on television and expose themselves on screen, suggesting that this should not be acceptable in India, because it could also lead to security problems:
“You have done it all – love making, kissing and exposing in scenes. And when you enter your building, your watchman has also watched your work. I just don’t think that is right for security reasons. We don’t need to do that… You don’t need to cross the boundary. We live in India. It was way too much before, finally, it has been curbed. Now, people have started working on a lot of good and decent content.”
Khan’s comments led to a revolt against him on social media, with users bringing up the problematic things the actor has said and done in the past, pointing out the irony in him speaking out against vulgarity, yet refusing to address his own problematic behavior.
Twitter users shared how the 57 year old has consistently played hero to women 20 years younger than him, as currently the female lead of his upcoming film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, Pooja Hedge, is 32 years old.

Other users pointed out Khan’s history of making problematic comments, especially when in 2016, he drew outcry over saying his schedule was so hectic that he felt like a ‘raped woman’.

Many also pointed out how Khan has a history of being abusive to his partners. Former girlfriend Somy Ali shared details of domestic violence she suffered during their eight year relationship. Other people also recalled how Bollywood superstar Aishwarya Rai Bachchan suffered from domestic abuse from the actor during the time they were together.

Pakistani-American model Somy Ali has opened up about her relationship with Bollywood actor Salman Khan. The actress has now revealed on social media the domestic violence she has experienced while dating Salman.
Somy took to Instagram and shared a post with frequently asked questions. Answering one of the questions as to why she deleted some of the posts from the past, she explained, “Yes, because I had used profanity and my anger got the best of me. As the executive director of an NGO, it did not sit well with me to have profane posts on my social media. Thus, I deleted them.”
Talking about one more question that people often ask her—what happened between Somy Ali and Salman Khan? She responded to that in the post, saying, “The eight years spent with him were the worst years of my entire existence. In addition to tonnes of affairs and flings, he would constantly belittle me by calling me ugly, stupid, and dumb. Not a day went by that he wouldn’t make me feel worthless and small. “
“He would not acknowledge me as his girlfriend in public for years, and when he finally did, he would insult me in front of his friends and berate me nonstop. I have no qualms in saying that given his treatment of me, I chose to have affairs, which are essentially defined as a search for someone who would care for me and love me,” the former Bollywood actress wrote.
Somy Ali further explained what happened between her and Salman Khan. She accused the Tiger 3 actor of alleged acts of misogyny and woman beating. “Someone who would not insult me and would actually be nice to me. Unfortunately, I was unaware that these men were simply using me and I was building a future with each affair while I was simply being used. When Salman learned of these affairs he had the guts to after beating me saying that I am a man and only men can cheat not women. I was aghast at that statement and the s*xism that reeked from it. Let’s not forget that just because Salman or anyone else is nice to you, they are the same as others. I had it the worst in terms of verbal, s*xual, and physical abuse,” she said.
She also spoke up about the reason: “What took you so long to come out and talk about what you went through with Salman?” The former actress said, “This is not breaking news by any means. Rummage through any tabloid or a film magazine from the early 90s to 1999 and you will read articles about Somy being physically abused by Salman.”

Bollywood actor Salman Khan is reportedly all set to launch his bodyguard Shera’s son, Tiger. The actor is on the lookout for female actors to be cast alongside Tiger, as per a report by Etimes.

Actor Adnan Siddiqui recently wrapped up his hosting stint on Pakistan’s biggest reality show, Tamasha. The reality show was inspired by the global format of Big Brother show, which is adapted as Bigg Boss in India.

Meanwhile, out of 6 shooters who killed Sidhu Moose Wala, three have been arrested. 2 of them have been neutralised while the remaining one is still absconding.
Days after Sidhu’s murder, Mumbai Police reached Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s house on Monday after a death threat letter had been sent to him and his father, Salim Khan.
Salim Khan’s guards had spotted an unsigned letter at Mumbai’s Bandra Bandstand promenade. The letter had a death threat for the Khans, “tumhara Moose Wala kar denge (you will end up like Moose Wala)”.
Following the discovery of the letter, an FIR was registered by Mumbai Police, an official said. On early Sunday morning, Salim was sitting on a bench at the Bandra Bandstand, which is his routine, after a morning walk when an unidentified man handed him a letter which mentioned a threat to kill Salim and Salman, the official said.
Later, with the help of his security personnel, Salim Khan contacted the police and an FIR was registered under section 506-II (Criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at the Bandra police station.
Bishnoi had reportedly planned a plot to assassinate Khan over his involvement in a blackbuck poaching case. Blackbucks are considered sacred creatures by the Bishnoi community.
