Actress Hania Aamir has landed in hot water after a viral video showed her standing on a moving motorbike while a man drove it. Instead of sitting behind the rider, Hania was seen balancing on her feet, sparking outrage over the dangerous stunt.

Among those criticizing the act was Shaniera Akram, wife of Sultan of Swing Wasim Akram, who took to Instagram to vent. 

Sharing the clip on her story, she wrote, “I worked so hard for so many years with hospitals and doctors to try to influence the youth of Pakistan to wear helmets and ride safely. This is like a dagger to my heart! Celebrities have the power to influence millions. It breaks my heart when this is abused.”

Calling the act “terrifying,” Shaniera stressed the responsibility celebrities hold toward their audiences. “When I see content that shows a much-loved celebrity that millions follow and emulate, completely ignoring their social media responsibilities, it is terrifying. For one stupid post there could be thousands of casualties. This does not sit well with me,” she said.

She admitted she does not enjoy calling people out, but felt compelled to speak up. “I don’t like to be the one who calls out someone who has 19 million followers, but if I can influence the influencers not to post such reckless or irresponsible content, then it is worth it. Hate me if you want, but I can’t sit back when so many people have died doing these stunts for popularity on their platforms. There is so much more to life. Please ride safely and wear a helmet, if not for yourself, do it for your loved ones whose lives would be ruined if something ever happened to you.”

Shaniera made it clear she has nothing personal against Hania. “I want you all to know, I have nothing personal against @haniaheheofficial, but she should know better than this. Come on, I shouldn’t have to be pointing it out! It’s not rocket science, it’s illegal and stupid! I’m just a mom, a concerned citizen, and someone who has travelled to universities across Pakistan in my own spare time, begging kids to ride safely and with helmets. I really hope she sees this is not okay and sets it straight with a post that reminds her followers not to copy this kind of behaviour. And thank God nothing happened to her.”

Pakistani superstar Fawad Khan’s film ‘Abir Gulaal’ is set to release on August 29, 2025, under the new title ‘Aabeer Gulal’, according to Indian media reports.

The film was originally scheduled to release on May 12, but was postponed following the attack on tourists in the Pahalgam area of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in late April, which left several people dead.

India blamed Pakistan for the Pahalgam attack, a claim Pakistan has strongly denied. Following the incident, India imposed restrictions on Pakistani artists and YouTube channels.

Since Fawad Khan played the lead role in Abir Gulaal, the film faced an indefinite ban.

Recently, The Times of India reported that the film will now be released on August 29 and that “its name has been changed to ‘Aabeer Gulal’.”

The movie will not have an official release in India. Instead, it will follow the distribution model of the Indian Punjabi film Sardaar Ji 3, meaning it will be released worldwide but not in India.

Diljit Dosanjh and Pakistani superstar Hania Aamir starred in Sardaar Ji 3, which was also not released in India. Despite the ban, the film broke several records, becoming the highest-grossing Indian film in Pakistan.

According to media reports, the film, made on a budget of around Rs 48 crore, collected approximately Rs 480 crore at the global box office.

Actress and model Saheefa Jabbar has apologised to her family, friends, and social media users for what she described as her “harsh” and “inappropriate” remarks made during past interviews and online appearances.

In an Instagram post, Saheefa admitted: “I have used harsh and inappropriate words in TV programs and some podcasts that were not only harmful to myself but also hurt others.”

Expressing deep regret, she wrote: “I am ashamed of my choice of words used during interviews. I did not act wisely.”

She acknowledged speaking without thinking, saying: “I spoke without caring about anyone. I did not realize the impact of my words on others, my loved ones, and even myself.”

Reflecting on the importance of mindful communication, Saheefa added: “Whether we are talking on TV shows, podcasts, or on the street, we should think. Every word has value,  we should choose our words wisely, present ourselves with respect, and learn manners.”

While noting that no one can be perfect, she emphasised: “We are only human and can neither be perfect in our words nor in our emotions, but we can always try.”

Saheefa ended her message with an apology to all those she may have hurt: “If my words have ever hurt anyone, I am ashamed of it and I seek forgiveness.” She added that recent events and the way she has been portrayed online have made her reflect on her actions and reminded her to keep learning.

Saheefa has openly spoken about her battle with depression in several interviews, often addressing social issues, people’s attitudes, family, friends, the entertainment industry, and religion. Some of these remarks have previously drawn criticism, which she has now addressed in her apology, without referring to any specific incident.

Pakistan’s entertainment world is buzzing about a possible reunion between actress Hania Aamir and singer-actor Asim Azhar. 

The speculation began after the two were spotted at a star-studded launch event in Karachi for the energy drink Revive. Asim Azhar was among the performing artists, while Hania Aamir attended as one of the brand’s ambassadors.

Asim lit up the stage with his hit songs, while Hania, dressed in a white dress and sunglasses, danced joyfully in the front row alongside friends and fellow actors Yashma Gill and Komal Meer. Viral clips show her swaying to Asim’s tunes, smiling, and clapping.

The moment that truly caught fans’ attention came about when Asim told the audience, “This is not just a concert, but a personal experience very close to my heart. If I have made a mistake, please forgive me.”

Hania was seen responding with applause and a small bow, a gesture many interpreted as her accepting the apology.

In another viral video, Asim is seen stepping down from the stage to shake Hania’s hand, a moment that instantly fueled rumors of reconciliation.

The buzz grew further after fans noted the timing, as reports recently surfaced about the end of Asim’s engagement to Merab Ali. 

Social media users are now convinced that the former couple has forgiven each other and decided to move forward. Whether this is the start of a new chapter for ‘Hansim’ remains to be seen, but the public is certainly watching.

Pakistani YouTuber and crypto trader Saad ur Rehman, aka Ducky Bhai, has bagged what he calls the biggest purchase of his life, a luxurious new home worth Rs 10 crore and the internet has plenty to say about it.

In his latest vlog, Ducky took fans on an emotional tour starting from the modest house where his YouTube journey began to the lavish property he just bought, complete with grand chandeliers, sprawling lawns, and a bathroom “as big as a bedroom.” The asking price was Rs 12 crore, but after some friendly negotiation, and the seller revealing that he was a fan, the deal closed at Rs 10 crore.

“This is the first house I’m buying for myself,” Ducky said, hoping to inspire viewers. 

But while many sent him love, not everyone was buying the “hard work” narrative. “What work was worked hard?” one Instagram user asked, while another added, “CONGRATULATIONS but how do you explain work?” One wrote, “Hard work? Ye wala hard work mere ko bhi karna hai.”

Supporters were quick to clap back, with one writing, “You earned every brick of it! Congratulations on turning dreams into reality,” and another adding, “MashAllah congratulations .” Some mixed honesty with praise: “Jealous awam in comments. PS: I hate Ducky too but he is achieving what we dream of.” Others kept it short: “Hardworking, what a joke.”

Still, there was no shortage of warm wishes, with comments like “MashAllah. Allah naseeb kara,” “Many many congratulations bro,” and “Congratulations bro.”

Ducky isn’t just making money from YouTube vlogs, he’s also trading crypto, recently revealing he made over $80,000 in a single month.

Indian actress Vaani Kapoor has spoken out in defence of Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh, who is facing intense criticism for working with Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in Sardaar Ji 3.

The film’s release has been blocked in India. The ongoing Indo-Pak tensions, which escalated in April following the Phalgam attack, led to a ban on Pakistani content in the country.

A large-scale boycott campaign against Diljit also continues to trend on social media, as he stars alongside Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in his new movie.

While many have condemned him, some fellow artists and fans have voiced their support, including Bollywood star Vaani Kapoor.

In a recent interview with NDTV, Vaani Kapoor said, “He did not break any law. The film was probably completed before the incident, and more than 100 technical staff also worked on it.”

She added, “Diljit never intended to disrespect the country. He is a world-renowned artist, and his investment would have been in the film, which would probably result in his loss.”

While several Indian artists have opposed Diljit and called for a boycott of his film, veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah has spoken in his favour, urging that the issue be handled more sensibly.

The actor’s front-row presence at the concert has set social media abuzz, with fans speculating about the nature of her relationship with the singer, years after their breakup.

Clips from the night have gone viral, showing Hania in a white dress and sunglasses, dancing with friends and fellow actors Yashma Gill and Komal Meer, and swaying to Asim’s songs right in front of the stage.

Some eagle-eyed viewers even claim that Hania already knew the lyrics to a brand-new track Asim performed live for the first time.

One fan reacted: “So you’re telling me that Asim Azhar sang a NEW SONG for the first time and Hania Aamir already knew the lyrics?!?!?!”

Another added: “They are slowly launching their reunion.”

The internet quickly exploded with more reactions: “He is singing ‘Tarasti Hai Nigahein Tujhay Takti Hain’ in front of her!?!? Hansim are back??”, “2025 is so unpredictable,  Asim Azhar and Hania Aamir are back together??” 

Others even pointed out: “They’re wearing sunglasses but looking at each other, OMG!”

This frenzy comes shortly after reports emerged that Asim Azhar’s engagement to actor Merab Ali had ended. Many fans believe the timing could hint at a possible reconnection between him and Hania.

Once considered one of Pakistan’s most popular celebrity couples between 2018 and 2019, Hania and Asim parted ways in 2020, with Hania later clarifying that they were “just friends.” Asim eventually got engaged to Merab Ali, but the engagement recently ended.

Now, with the breakup still fresh, fans can’t help but speculate about a potential “Hansim” comeback, though neither Hania nor Asim has confirmed or denied the rumours.
