‘Ambani ko pata hai?’; Kashif Khan’s bold claim about daughter Rabeeca’s wedding goes viral

Pakistani TikTok stars Rabeeca Khan and Hussain Tareen have officially tied the knot, turning their long-time love story into a grand celebration that’s gone viral on social media.

The couple, who have millions of followers online, began their wedding festivities in Karachi with a colorful Dholki and a glowing Mayun, ending with a breathtaking Nikkah ceremony.

But it was Rabeeca’s father, veteran comedian Kashif Khan, who stole the spotlight with his bold claim that his daughter’s wedding would outshine the record-breaking Ambani wedding which cost billions of dollars. His statement set the internet on fire, with fans sharing hilarious reactions.

One user joked, “Uncle phir aapnay Pakistani actress or Elon Musk ko q invite nai kia?”

Another wrote, “As Diva mentioned ‘Comedian Kashif’ great comedy sir ”

Someone else laughed, “Likhha bhi wa h k wo comedian hai phir bhi log usay serious le rahay hain. ”

Another quipped, “He is such a passionate comedian that he even gave birth to a COMEDY. ”

And one user hilariously asked, “Ambani ko yeh baat pata hai? ”

Rabeeca, with over six million Instagram followers and 2.86 million YouTube subscribers, first won hearts with Hussain on a game show hosted by Danish Taimoor. Their transition from best friends to a couple was loved by fans, and their dreamy engagement included diamond rings, Qawwali nights, and Dandiya celebrations.

The wedding date was revealed through a cinematic Instagram video on June 25, 2025, featuring drone shots of the couple on a luxury car, with Hussain captioning it: “Two souls, one love.”

The star-studded wedding, attended by influencers like Jannat Mirza, Alishba Anjum, and Maaz Safder, was full of music, dance, and viral moments. Rabeeca’s Mayun look, styled by Kashee’s Salon, even drew comparisons to Radhika Merchant’s iconic wedding style.

While Kashif Khan’s record-breaking wedding comment raised eyebrows, fans can’t deny the couple’s strong chemistry, fairytale vibe, and how passionately and hilariously he promoted his daughter’s big day.

  • Squid Game Season 3 leaves fans divided: ‘Heartbreaking but Predictable’

Squid Game Season 3 leaves fans divided: ‘Heartbreaking but Predictable’

Netflix’s much-anticipated Squid Game Season 3 dropped on June 27, sparking a wave of mixed reactions from fans across the world.

The new season picks up from where Season 2 ended, bringing back fan-favourite characters but not all of them make it to the end. While some viewers are happy to see familiar faces, others were upset over the sudden deaths of important characters. Many feel that the final chapter has lost the spark of the original series.

Lee Jung-jae returns as Seong Gi-hun, also known as Player 456. His character is still shaken and distressed after the events of the previous season. Although he re-enters the deadly games, he is often seen brooding. Towards the end, he once again tries to help other players escape. In one emotional moment, he says, “We are not horses. We are humans,” a clear jab at those exploiting them for entertainment.

Meanwhile, Wi Ha-joon’s character, Detective Hwang Jun-ho, continues his search for the masterminds behind the brutal games, including his brother the mysterious Front Man, played by Lee Byung-hun.

As the season wraps up, many fans found the ending “weak” and “predictable,” saying that several characters were underused. However, others appreciated the emotional depth and darker tone.

Here’s what viewers are saying on X:

One user posted: “Squid Game season 3  SPOILERS PROBABLY 3/10. It started off so good, but they killed off the best characters early and left the annoying ones. The ending was predictable.”

Another wrote: “I think Squid Game 3 was good not great, but not bad either. Some characters were underutilized, others overused. VIPs this time were worse. But some emotional scenes saved it. Ending was okay. 8/10.”

A third added: “No spoilers! Just finished Season 3. It was good. Could’ve been better. Some episodes were very emotional. The ending needed more punch. I’d give it a 7/10.”

A viewer named Yash Tiwari tweeted: “#SquidGameSeason3 is here. Gi-hun is broken, betrayed, and back in the nightmare. The games are darker. The choices deadlier. And this time, survival might not be enough. This season doesn’t want you entertained. It wants you disturbed. Watch at your own risk.”

Another fan, Lina, simply said: “I expected a sad ending but not a HEARTBREAKING, TRAGIC ENDING.”

Directed once again by Hwang Dong-hyuk, the creator of the series, the third installment stars Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-jun, Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun (as Yong-sik), Kang Ae-sim, Jo Yuri, Lee David, Roh Jae-won, and Park Gyu-young.

The final episode ends with a twist, leading fans to speculate that a spin-off or a fourth season might be in the works.

Unidentified gunmen open fire outside YouTuber Rajab Butt’s home

Unidentified men opened fire outside the residence of popular YouTuber Rajab Butt, leaving a pet dog dead and sparking security concerns among his fans and followers.

According to Rajab Butt, the incident occurred two nights ago when four men in a white Suzuki Cultus with Karachi number plates arrived at his house and fired two shots using a pistol fitted with a silencer. One of the bullets struck a dog sitting at the doorstep.

“I can’t take this lightly,” said Butt during a video interview. “I know I have a massive following, and anyone could be carrying a weapon. No one has ever threatened me directly, but this kind of act cannot be ignored.”

At the time of the incident, Butt was not at home. However, his mother, sister, and security guard were present on the premises. He received a call from his mother and immediately informed the police. Officers from Chung police station arrived at the scene within seven minutes and collected evidence, including CCTV footage from the area.

An FIR has been registered against unknown individuals, and an investigation is underway. The YouTuber refrained from naming any suspects but hinted that the motive might be harassment rather than a targeted attempt on his life. “Some people just want to disturb and scare me. Maybe they thought firing in the air would do that,” he added.

As of now, no arrests have been made. Police are analyzing CCTV footage for leads. The case remains open.

This isn’t the first time Rajab Butt has been in the news recently.  A few days ago, a video of a street fight on Thokar Niaz Baig Road went viral, with social media users alleging Butt was involved. Viewers claimed the man seen fighting inside and outside a car was Rajab Butt, allegedly accompanied by fellow content creators Shazi, Musa, and Haider. However, Butt later reached a settlement with the affected party, and the matter was resolved peacefully. He was granted bail in the case.

  • ‘See You’; Sardaar Ji 3 hits cinemas across Pakistan

‘See You’; Sardaar Ji 3 hits cinemas across Pakistan

Punjabi heartthrob Diljit Dosanjh and everyone’s favourite Hania Aamir are all set to bedazzle the screen in Sardar 3, with the film getting officially cleared for release by all three censor boards in Pakistan Sindh, Punjab, and federal territories.

Zain Wali of Wali Films, one of the film’s producers and its distributor in Pakistan, confirmed the big news.

Adding to the excitement, Hania Aamir took to Instagram and posted the film’s poster with a short and sweet message: “See you :)” The poster listed major cinemas across Pakistan including Cinepax, Nueplex Cinemas in Karachi, Cue Cinemas in Lahore, and Centaurus Cineplex in Islamabad.

And yes, the screenings are already rolling out.

Universal Cinemas in Lahore confirmed that their first show of Sardaar Ji 3 will kick off at 11:45 AM tomorrow. Meanwhile, Centaurus Cineplex in Islamabad said they’ll announce their showtimes by 7 or 8 PM tonight. Both cinema chains shared the poster on their official social media pages.

However, things are still a bit uncertain in Karachi. Nueplex Cinemas said, “The ban on Indian films is still very much in place. If we get an official notice to screen Sardaar Ji 3, we’ll announce it accordingly.”

Interestingly, even though the film is made in India, it’s technically not classified as a Bollywood movie. That’s because its production company, White Hill Studios, is based in Vancouver, Canada making it easier to bypass the ban on Indian content in Pakistan.

But the twist doesn’t end there.

The film is already stirring controversy across the border. Indian film bodies have called for a ban on both Dosanjh and the film because of Hania Aamir, especially after the recent military tensions in May. Diljit, however, stood firm, defending the decision to release the movie outside India and even praised Hania.

Amid all this, Yasir Hussain jumped in with some playful support.

Sharing a story on Instagram, he wrote, “Instead of going to India, this girl has brought Gulshan Grover, Neeru Bajwa and Diljit Dosanjh to Pakistan.”

He also added, “Let’s welcome the neighbors in Pakistani style.”

Yasir even called Sardaar Ji 3 a “historic” release.

Now, Sardaar Ji 3 seems to be making its way to Pakistani cinemas, controversy and all.

And for fans of Hania and Diljit? It’s time to grab that popcorn.

  • Neeru Bajwa unfollows Hania Aamir just before Sardaar Ji 3 release

Neeru Bajwa unfollows Hania Aamir just before Sardaar Ji 3 release

Indian Punjabi actress Neeru Bajwa has unfollowed Pakistani star Hania Aamir, stirring widespread assumptions among fans and followers across borders.

Hania Amir and Neeru Bajwa will share the screen in the upcoming film Sardar Ji 3, set to release today.

The unanticipated digital distancing has led to several speculations online.

Many social media users suspect that Neeru may have received threats, and could possibly have been pressurised by Hindu extremist groups over Hania’s involvement in the film.

As a result Neeru Bajwa chose to distance herself publicly from the film’s promotion as she also deleted all posts about the film from her Instagram account, just one day before the release.

Sardar Ji 3 was filmed before the recent military stand-off between Pakistan and India.

Following the conflict, several groups in India demanded either Hania Amir be removed from the film or the movie be completely banned.

The producers, keeping potential loss in mind, have decided to release the movie globally, except for India, on June 27.

  • I regret banning Aamir Khan’s Dangal: Marriyum Aurangzeb

I regret banning Aamir Khan’s Dangal: Marriyum Aurangzeb

Punjab government’s Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb has expressed regret over the ban on Bollywood star Aamir Khan’s hit film Dangal, during her appearance on a podcast hosted by comedian and actor Ahmed Ali Butt.

While discussing various topics, the host asked her, “What is a compromise that you should not have made?”

In response, Marriyum Aurangzeb said, “The film Dangal should not have been banned.”

Surprised by her answer, Ahmed Ali Butt asked for clarification, saying, “You have brought up something very old, why did you ban it then?”

Explaining her decision, the minister said, “I had not seen that film. I had become the Information Minister on the same day, and in the meeting we held with the Censor Board, the reasons for banning the film were given, and based on that, Dangal was banned.”

She added, “Anyway, Indian films were already banned at that time.”

Marriyum Aurangzeb concluded by saying, “When I saw the film after a year and a half, I realized that it should not have been banned. I still regret it.”

Court grants Nazish Jahangir one-day exemption, summons her again in fraud case

The Cantt Court in Lahore has summoned actress Nazish Jahangir for a hearing in an ongoing case filed against her.

According to reports, the prosecution’s case against the actress was heard by the judicial magistrate, where her lawyer submitted a request for exemption from attendance.

The petition stated that “the actress is in poor health and has been admitted to the hospital,” requesting that she be excused from the current hearing. The court accepted the request and granted a one-day exemption, summoning her to appear at the next hearing.

The court also directed her legal team to submit the original medical certificate supporting her exemption at the next hearing.

The judicial magistrate was also hearing an application filed by actor Aswad. Advocate Chaudhry Babar represented him in court. According to the prosecution, Nazish Jahangir allegedly took money and failed to return it.

The prosecution urged the court to take legal action against the actress under relevant laws, including breach of trust.

‘I don’t want to work in Bollywood’: Old Diljit Dosanjh interview goes viral amid boycott calls

As the release of Sardaar Ji 3 approaches, an old interview of Diljit Dosanjh is going viral and it’s making headlines once again.

In the resurfaced clip, the Punjabi singer is seen saying that he has no desire to work in Bollywood and doesn’t need approval from anyone to make music.

“I don’t even want to work in Bollywood. I have no such desire to become a great Bollywood star,” Diljit says in the video.

He goes on to add, “I love music, and I can continue making music without anyone’s permission or any big star’s approval or names attached. I don’t need to think that, ‘Oh this person’s work will sell, this one will get a song, that one won’t.’ None of that applies to me.”

Diljit also made it clear that no one can stop him from creating. “As long as I feel like it, I’ll keep creating music. And as long as God wills it, I’ll make music. Whether I get work in Bollywood or not, I couldn’t care less,” he concluded.

The video has resurfaced online just days before the release of Sardaar Ji 3, a horror-comedy film starring Hania Aamir, Neeru Bajwa, Jasmin Bajwa, and Gulshan Grover.

The film has faced boycott calls in India after the Film Federation of Western Indian Cinema (FWIC) reimposed a ban on Pakistani artists, following the Pahalgam attack in April.

In response to the situation, the makers of Sardaar Ji 3 have decided to release the film overseas only, including in Pakistan, skipping cinemas in India.

The film is set to release worldwide (excluding India) on June 27.

  • Power, poetry, and secrets: Second teaser of ‘Main Manto Nahi Hoon’ is WILD

Power, poetry, and secrets: Second teaser of ‘Main Manto Nahi Hoon’ is WILD

The second teaser of Main Manto Nahi Hoon has been released and it’s even more powerful and bolder than the first one.

Humayun Saeed plays a serious and intense professor who seems like a mix of a poet, a rebel, and someone fighting a battle inside. He clearly says, “Main Manto nahi hoon” (I am not Manto), but his words feel like something Manto would say; full of truth, pain, and bravery.

Sanam Saeed appears strong and graceful, while Sajal Aly only comes on-screen for a few moments but those scenes are enough to leave a deep emotional impact. Asif Raza Mir and Usman Peerzada bring strong energy to the screen, and yes, there’s everything in this drama: secrets, crimes, love, rivalry, and mystery all mixed into one intense story.

Written by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar, the dialogues are deep, poetic, and sometimes even confusing but in a fun way. Some lines make you think, some make you smile, and some make you wonder what just happened.

The drama isn’t about Saadat Hasan Manto’s life, but it clearly shows the struggle of speaking the truth in a world that doesn’t always want to hear it. It makes you ask: what does it mean to be like Manto in today’s world?

With stunning visuals, powerful acting, and a strong message, Main Manto Nahi Hoon looks like it will be one of the most talked-about dramas of the year.

The star cast includes Humayun Saeed, Sajal Aly, Sanam Saeed, Asif Raza Mir, Saima Noor, Azaan Sami Khan, Saba Hamid, and more.

  • Diljit Dosanjh breaks silence on overseas release of Sardaar Ji 3

Diljit Dosanjh breaks silence on overseas release of Sardaar Ji 3

Diljit Dosanjh has revealed that his new movie Sardaar Ji 3, featuring Hania Amir, will not be released in India. Instead, the film will premiere internationally after producers ruled out a domestic release amid boycott calls against Pakistani content and celebrities following the April 22 Pahalgam attack in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

During a BBC Asian Network interview, host Haroon Rashid said, “I am impressed how you have shown courage for releasing the film, also impressed by the fact that you have released this internationally in the manner that you set out to make it. Were you involved in this process of deciding that the film will be released as it is?”

Detailing the timeline, Indian singer and actor Dosanjh shared that the principal shoot concluded in February and described the on-set atmosphere as “fine” and conditions as “good”. However, he noted that the tone of conversations shifted after the Pahalgam attack in April.

“Many factors are beyond our control. The producers realised the film wouldn’t be released in India, so they decided, ‘Let’s release it overseas; we have invested in it.’ There were no issues during production, but they understood that they would incur a loss once a territory was excluded. Even at the time I signed [the movie contract], the situation was stable. If they opt for an overseas release, I support their decision.”

Dosanjh pointed out that this choice was made only after trade organisations and worker unions renewed demands to prohibit Pakistani artists. “The producers acknowledged that risk; I agreed to it”, he stated.

The trailer posted on Dosanjh’s Instagram prominently features Hania Aamir, dispelling rumours that her scenes might be removed. Aamir shared the clip on her Instagram, writing, “Main taa darr gai! Sardaar Ji 3 releasing 27 June OVERSEAS only!”

Viewers in India encounter a “video unavailable” message when trying to access the full trailer on YouTube videos. Previously, amid rising political tensions between Pakistan and India, FWICE has called for a total ban on Diljit Dosanjh’s current and future projects and has appealed to ban the film’s producers as well.

Sales representatives listed the movie title at an April market without any offers from Indian distributors, setting the stage for an export-first approach.

Tensions between Pakistan and India escalated after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, in which 26 people were killed. India blamed Pakistan for the incident, though it has yet to provide evidence to support the claim. Pakistan has strongly denied the allegations.
