Brian Peck is an American former actor, director, producer, and dialogue coach. The Los Angeles Police Department reports that he was arrested on August 19, 2003. One of the eleven charges against Brian Peck was engaging in offensive behavior with minors.  The LAPD press release stated that the investigation into Peck’s actions began two weeks prior when the minor’s family reported allegations of the child being molested for around six months. 

The LAPD stated that “adultery with the minor occurred approximately two years ago at Peck’s residence.” The victim’s name was not disclosed. However, later, it was known that he was referred to as Bell.

Peck was declared guilty in 2004 of two of the eleven counts. It included engaging in lewd behavior with a 14- or 15-year-old child and having sex with a minor under the age of 16. In addition, he was sentenced to 16 months in prison. Furthermore, he was ordered to register as a sex offender. 

When Peck was sentenced, the documentary featured letters of support from several well-known actors. However, it is unclear how many of the charges were known by all those who came forward for Peck. 

Friedle commented on the podcast episode about fellow actor Will Friedle’s claim that Brian Peck had appeared as a guest star on a show that I cannot identify due to legal issues. After being released from prison in 2005, Brian Peck served the remainder of his sentence on probation. A year later, Disney Channel hired him to voice Zack and Cody. However, he met no cast members on set and only performed voiceovers for three episodes. Variety claims that his voiceovers were changed and that he was abruptly fired after they learned of his conviction. 

Peck’s involvement on the show may have ended in 2006. However, he starred in various projects, such as Bedtime Stories in 2008, Anger Management in 2012, and Freaks of Nature in 2015. His latest role was voicing Captain Red Beard in Animal Showdown, a miniseries released in 2018.
