Indian actor Ram Kapoor has surprised fans with his incredible weight loss transformation.
He recently shared a mirror selfie on Instagram, showcasing his new look in a black t-shirt and jeans.
“Hi guys, sorry for the slightly long absence from Instagram. I was working on myself quite extensively,” he wrote in the caption.
Kapoor also posted another picture with his wife, revealing that he had lost a whopping 42 kgs.
His transformation has taken the internet by storm, with mixed reactions from fans. Some expressed their dislike for the new look, while others congratulated him on his weight loss achievement.

Ram Kapoor hasn’t shared his weight loss remedy yet, but recently, famous Pakistani TV host and actress Shaista Lodhi shared a method for reducing body weight within three days without exercise or dieting.
During her appearance on the ARY morning show “Good Morning Pakistan,” she explained that there is no such thing as a low-sodium or low-fat diet. She advised against the use of white salt and recommended using pink salt instead.
She said that quitting white salt for three days could result in the loss of at least one kilogram.
